The food was very good - but the rest was just OK. probably one of the best hamburgers I've had But the menu didn't match the dishes. Our dish came without its sides, and many of the ingredients were not as describes or just changed up. Very strange, and no mention of this by the waitress. Weird music and it was also a bit cold And the view wasn't as seen in the pictures - much less impressive And we waited a very long time for the food while it was not busy.

Rooftop was a big disappointment. “Mediocre” would be the best way to describe it. The service started out well, contrary to the other reviews, so we were optimistic, and then we were essentially abandoned by our server. The music is incredibly unpleasant if you are seated by the windows (which is where the view is best!) as it’s loud, with a driving beat (not dinner music at all). The menu is full of inaccuracies - beef tartare is marked as vegan while the cabbage is not - and the server told us to just ignore everything as it was all wrong. And most importantly, the food was just not good. The sea bass was a tail portion that was overcooked and dried out, and the server informed me that all the pieces available in the kitchen were tails. The accompanying mushrooms in mirin sauce were overpowering in the flavour, while the fish itself was tasteless. The taboun cabbage was soggy rather than crispy, and the dumplings were average. After waiting 45 minutes to be asked about desert (AFTER our plates were cleared), we learned the single item we wanted - the apple dish - was not available. And yet we paid 900 shekels for 3 people. Give this place a miss.

We had dinner on the rooftop last night. The view was easily the best part — absolutely stunning. The appetizers were decent, nothing special but fine. Then the steaks arrived and they were a total letdown: bad quality, almost inedible and reminiscent of a mid-tier Sizzler or Outback Steakhouse. Our waitress was sweet and pleasant But the table behind us had an even worse experience; they kept sending dishes back and eventually just asked for the check while openly calling another restaurant to try and salvage their night.

Honestly really enjoyed my burger and the potatoes it came with. Great fresh filtered water. Amazingly incredible atmosphere and view. Kind service. I’ll be coming back and recommend you coming here too.

I don’t even know what happened. We used to come to the rooftop a lot and last night we went with a big group since I recommended the place. I ordered the shashimi salmon/ and got an avocado shashimi in a bath of teriyaki sauce. It was very heavy . Totally not what I was expecting. The duck for main was actually very good but then when we ordered the malabi for dessert it was like eating butter instead of a light dessert that’s malabi is supposed to be. We had a bite of the lemon cake, you expect it to be lemony sour/ it was more like a puffy shortcake with some sweet lemon on it. What happened to the chef? Bring him back!!! Other then that, I found the service to be pleasant and quick and great. And the view is spectacular. I will come back again, but only because if past expiriance not because of this last time. Cocktails were also very good.

Extremely disappointing experience. We are guests of the hotel and had a reservation at the Rooftop Restaurant. We requested a specific table, but were seated somewhere cramped while a group without a reservation got a much better spot. When we asked to move, the staff were visibly annoyed and made us feel uncomfortable. Service was very poor — no smiles, no patience, no recommendations, and everything took ages. We had to ask four times just to get the check, and at the end they even asked if we could pay in cash, which was shocking for a place of this level. The food was surprisingly excellent, and the view is beautiful, but the atmosphere is very different (and not worth it) when the terrace is closed in “winter” (October). Sadly, even as hotel guests, we won’t be coming back.

Well, I start with the end. When asking our waitress for the bill I presented her my cellphone for payment, Told her to add 15% for the tip. She then asked me without any hesitation if I could pay the tip in cash…. Well, for a five star hotel roof top restaurant, maybe they have a black money cash box only for the waitresses? The saviche was fine and well presented but the salad wasn’t tasty at all, just a large bowl of salad and vegetables plus a few pieces of fruits. The dressing was out of a bottle taste like… Ordered a strong cappuccino, got a vanilla tasting coffee instead from an automatic coffee dispenser, like you have in the airports… Expensive, not tasty food, terrible service. Ah the view! Yes the view is amazing :)

First the hotel is worth seeing in itself. As for Rooftop, it has a cool vibe, satisfactorily service and inspired food / cocktails. Great layout and views. It was warm enough despite a cool evening and the background EDM music set the tone. The starting bread was an instant winner and the Salmon was the best plate we tried. Judah Hill cocktail was on point as was the lemon olive oil cake.
