For me, Michelle is the best hairdresser I have ever had. Her professional approach, expertise and gentle nature makes my visits a pleasure and not a chore. She always puts me first! The salon has a really friendly atmosphere so it's a pleasurable few hours of relaxation 😊

I had a fantastic experience with Leo – he was absolutely fab! From the moment I sat down, he really took the time to understand what would suit my face shape and made sure every step of the cut was carefully considered. He struck the perfect balance between being friendly and chatty, while still clearly focusing on doing the best possible job. I could tell he was genuinely paying attention to every detail. My hair was feeling flat and lifeless, but now it has loads of texture and frames my face beautifully. I'm genuinely thrilled with the result - high recommend! Ive veen again 4 months later. My style lasted beautifully for 4 months. I was back just for a tidy up and maintain the style. Leo takes so much care and attention. I left, again, feeling very glamorous. Thank you Leo.

I booked a blow dry and hair up appointment with Leo in June and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. He made sure it was absolutely what I wanted, always double checking the photo I had, and even going beyond our allocated time slot. Such a lovely guy, so fun, kind, and a very talented stylist. It was the hair for my wedding and I can’t thank Leo enough.

Having not used Room 09 before I booked a last minute appointment on line for today with Leo and I'm so glad I did. He is the nicest man you'll ever meet, he collaborated with me to ensure I was happy with the length of my new style and understood what I was looking to achieve from my pictures. Highly recommended this salon and Leo, I have very high standards and they met my expectations, as a result they are my new hairdressers. 😊

Ellisha was fantastic was my hair! I recently moved to the area and was a little worried at first trying a new salon, but Ellisha put my fears and anxiety to rest, she spoke me through the process and my hair came out amazing! She’s my new favourite and I won’t look elsewhere again to do my hair, I fully recommend Ellisha! She’s brilliant.
