Room Mate Bruno, Rotterdam

We were very happy with the room. The size of the bed was perfect for two adults and two children and it was very comfortable. The facilities were relatively clean, just the bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed. The room had air con and decent blinds so that it was dark enough to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good but a bit pricy.

This is one of the best and quirky hotels, I’ve been to. Love the decor. And brightness of the hotel. Food hall join to this hotel with lots of choice, great location, lots of different restaurants nearby. Clean friendly staff, lots of different spaces you can chill out of your room. Cosy and fresh feeling.

One of the best hotel that we stayed in our 1 month europe trip. Location is very good , 200 mt to subway station. Rooms are good in size and you can find all the amenities that you need. Bed , pillow and shower are great. Staff is great , breakfast has great. Highly recommended.

The hotel was ideally located at the harbour, just a short Metro ride from the city center. It was also very convenient to have the Foodhall on the premises. The room however lacked cleanliness. Surfaces and the mini Bar were sticky, the carpet was extensively stained. The bathroom was part of the room - bathtub separated by a glass wall from the bed - and rather small.

We always have an excellent stay at the Room Mate Hotel Bruno. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and well set up. This is a great location if you are departing on a cruise from the Rotterdam Cruise Port, or if you just want to enjoy being close to the Rhine river while still enjoying easy access to the city center.||Only 1 metro stop away from the happening Witte de Wit Straat, Coolsingle and Lijnbaan shopping areas and close to the famous Cube Houses and Markthaal.

The rooms are wonderfull and the service was amazing. From the kitchenstaff housekeeping and Nightstaff. They are the true rockstars of the hotel. They made sure we had a amazing stay for 9 months. Andrea, Pedro and Claire, Sophie ,Lisa, Jackie. Thank you guys for being such amazing good people. We are forever gratefull for your kindness and Chantell, Mohagany and the rest. Thanks so much for the beautifull pictures and video's. Of our rooms made specially for us after our stay. We higly appreciate the effort expecially the screenshots and the compliments about us. We got a twin room but these twin beds like huge. Basically like 2 full size beds which is a nice surprise as we travel through Europe. The food hall next to it has lots of options so that’s nice. Although it has a bit of fast food vibe. But we still highly recommend it and ate there 4 times during our stay. The price for the hotel is unbeatable. A great value if you don’t mind being a little bit outside city center but easily accessible by uber or metro. We stayed for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it.

Room was good. We had a city view. There was a fridge and coffee machine. Lovely comfortable large bed. Plenty of plug sockets/ usb ports. Food hall just downstairs. Also own small self service shop. Near to cruise terminal. Beautiful lobby bar and reception. Close to water taxi, taxi rank, metro and tram. Also very close to a small supermarket. Very enjoyable stay. X
