Checked in a few hours ago but I already wanted to mention how impressed I am — especially thanks to Genis at the reception. From the moment my sister and I arrived, he welcomed us with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. He made the check-in smooth, offered helpful information, and has been consistently attentive every time we’ve needed something. Genis has been incredibly nice to both of us, greeted us with a smile and made sure we feel comfortable during our stay. His attitude truly elevates the whole experience — it’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency, patience, and sincere friendliness so naturally. Thank you, Genis, for making our stay feel special even before it ends. Because of your exceptional service, we already know this hotel deserves a top review!

Amazing stay! I’m genuinely impressed with this hotel. Super friendly staff, spotless and cozy rooms, lots of thoughtful details (even a Dyson hairdryer!), and lovely background music in the room. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. The location is perfect - right in the center with a beautiful view from the balcony. You can feel that everything here is made with care. Highly recommend!

Great front desk very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean. Nice balcony view. what's the location was great. When I go back to Barcelona I will definitely stay there again.

We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade on check in. We had a huge room with a seating area and plenty of space for our cases as well as a huge walk in shower. ||Whilst the dark decor wasn’t to our taste, the room was immaculately clean and also very quiet. ||The location is also great for exploring Barcelona. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again.

I could not recommend this hotel enough. After booking this trip for my boyfriends 30th birthday I hoped the hotel would live up to my expectations, and it exceeded them! On check in they very kindly gave us a free room upgrade to Junior Suite, the room was clean, modern, very spacious and lovely! The rooms are well sound proofed with black out curtains and the beds are comfy. The air conditioning is great and when you re-enter your room it remains cool for your return which is appreciated during the summer weather. The hotel staff were amazing. they were all welcoming, polite and attentive. The hotel location was a walkable distance to all attractions so we only needed taxis to and from the airport and we did not need to use the metro.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great bathrooms, great rooms, and wonderful service! Our experience was extra elevated by Magda! She welcomed us with amazing customer service and really elevated our stay to the next level! They will always offer free water replacements and offer complimentary glasses of champagne when you arrive. Read just a couple bad reviews before coming here but after staying, I realized they were all wrong! This place is amazing!! Would rate 6 stars if I could thanks to her!! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Everything was fantastic! The location is great and so central. Our room was quiet and the AC worked well. I also loved the shower. And everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention the excellent breakfast staff! I hope to stay here again

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was plentiful. Unfortunately, other areas of the stay fell short of expectations. For a 4-star hotel, I expected some basic bathroom amenities beyond just the wall-mounted gels. We also had an uncomfortable experience with housekeeping entering our room while we were there after briefly knocking and the room was cleaned earlier that day. The front desk apologized and said it was a miscommunication with housekeeping, but it still left me feeling uneasy.
