This was one of the most alarming and unacceptable experiences I've ever had in a hotel. A male staff member entered my room at night while I was sleeping at 11:50 PM - completely violating my privacy and sense of safety. I immediately reported the incident to the reception, but shockingly, they showed no concern or urgency and they just said sorry and we can give you a complimentary breakfast. This is a serious security breach, and the lack of response from the hotel is absolutely disgraceful. Guests should never have to feel unsafe in their own rooms.||Unfortunately, there was no real compensation offered. I only received a small traditional gift—some sweets—and a complimentary breakfast, which I honestly did not need. What I expected was meaningful compensation that reflects the seriousness of the incident and the unsafe situation the hotel placed me in.||As a hotel known for excellence, I believe the response should have matched the gravity of the issue. While I appreciate the gesture from the management team in sending sweets and offering breakfast, it simply does not equate to what happened. A more appropriate compensation would be a complimentary stay—either later this year or next year.||I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was the first time I experienced such an issue. I genuinely felt unsafe and spent each night in fear, unable to sleep properly until morning. The emotional toll this took on me cannot be overstated.||Even now, I remain shocked by what happened—it was truly a rare and distressing experience.
