This was a last minute pick but a good one! It was a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station and right in the center of the main square. The hotel staff was attentive, and polite. The room was clean and big enough. I had everything I’d requested (i.e. king bed, quiet space,). I ordered off the standard fare for breakfast for about 20EU. Everything was delicious and they had gluten free options. I stayed for 1 night. They gave me a card with 25% off for the next stay. Evening came and I was right in the middle of all the activity and multiple great food places to eat. I’d go back there in a hot second.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cosmo hotel in Valencia! Their hospitality is great, the stuff is very professional, helpful and friendly. We appreciate all the help and suggestions to help us plan our short stay. We only had 2 days and I wish we had one more day to enjoy beautiful València! |We had a family room which was very convenient with two teenagers. The rooms are spotless and have great amenities. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old city with lots of restaurants, bars and next to the market which is very convenient and the market is absolutely worth visiting! My kids really enjoyed breakfast in the hotel which had a great selection of food, juices and fruits. |Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Perfecto. Perfecto. Perfecto. Amazing, unrelenting help from the staff here and especially Jessica. Everyone working here is kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Impeccable location. Toy cannot beat it. Special perks are a bonus. I cannot sing high enough praise for this establishment as I would lose my voice doing so. Very clean, very accessible. Rooms are sized nicely for what you need, and so are the bathrooms. I'll forever keep this establishment in my saved places as it has created special memories for me that I'll never forget. I love this place. Stayed here 4 nights no problems. Wish I could give service more than 5 stars. It's just close enough to quite a few bus stops.

The hotel is beyond of what you can expect from a 3 star hotel. The room was very nice, updated and spacious, The reception and house keeping staff are very helpful. The breakfast was good, and although it seemed that the people are doing their best, they could not keep up with the number of guests and the service required. The location is amazingly within the core of old town with waliking access to all the touristic sites.

Loved this hotel! Great location, room was spacious, modern and very clean. Only con would be that the rooftop closes too early at 10pm. Would recommend extending it to 11 or midnight. Also breakfast service was a bit slow with only one waiter. Would add more. Reception was great! Jessica was super friendly and provided us with great recommendations. Loved our stay in Valencia and would recommend this hotel, much better than the 4 star hotels I stayed at in Barcelona

Firstly, the team at the reception and bar is very friendly and is sincerely interested in creating the best experience of staying at this place for you! I really appreciate all the help they provided, recommendations and attention to us and to the details ❤️ Secondly, the hotel is very clean and cozy. You have everything you need in the room. The location of the hotel is super convenient, you are simply in the heart of the city. I also enjoyed the format of the boutique hotel. Highly recommend to stay here!

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town and it had everything you need. Fantastic comms via WhatsApp before we arrived, regarding transfer choices. We got the Metro which was 20 minutes and cheap but the ticketing system was a Faff! We looked around some of the other hotels we’d looked at but Cosmo had everything you needed for a short break, immaculately clean and the facilities excellent with a reasonably priced mini bar. Top accolade for customer service, every member of staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel breakfast was excellent albeit you are spoilt for choice. Special shout out for Tonis, who has customer service in his DNA 👌

We had a lovely stay at the Room Mate Cosmo. Located in the old quarter, a stay here puts you right in the middle of the action. Just step outside the cool air conditioning of the hotel and you are steps away from many of the historic sites of Valencia. The staff was wonderful, the rooms are clean, if a bit tight. The Room Mate hotels are fast becoming one of our favorite places to stay.
