This is a modern, comfortable and small hotel in the heart of Granada, close to everything. The staff was lovely. The room were nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a small bar with beautiful views and lovely small heated pool on the roof. It was easy to slip in and out of this centrally and perfectly located hotel. Definitely a big thumbs up.

Really great stay. Probably the best bed I have slept on in year with huge, fluffy pillows. The streets are quiet at night and rooms warm for the cold winters. Staff is helpful. The cleaners did a great job. Only thing is there is no kettle in the room but maybe you can ask for one.

Rooms have everything you need, with a complete bathroom (gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shaving kit and toothbrush, etc.), usually you need to ask hotels for these things. Our room was spacious and had a big, comfortable bed with plenty of surfaces to get ready. Oh, and lots of lighting options - easily overlooked but something that makes a real difference. We didn't manage to try out the pool, but checked it out and the views and the roof terrace itself seems nice for hanging out and relaxing. Great that it's heated all year. Great location for exploring Granada itself, or reaching the sights. Buses stop just around the corner but the hotel is just off of a quiet square. Another positive about this chain is breakfast and checkout until 12pm, although on weekdays the breakfast was already looking empty and dried up by 11am, which is disappointing. I recommend getting down earlier mid-week. When served, the breakfast is alright, the usual options, ok quality but not particularly nice.

Can a place be more perfect than this? 🥰 - Amazing views from the balcony of the room and the rooftops. There’s a nice swimming pool on top with 360 views of the city. Even mid of November it was warm enough for people to swim in there, the pool is a bit heated. - The customer service was one of the best experiences I ever had. So many lovely details in the room with personal message and very friendly people at the reception. - The room is big, everything clean and spotless and you’ll enjoy waking up to that lovely balcony with Granada views. - The location is really good since the hotel is located in the city center and in walking distance to all the major sightseeings. Alhambra is 22 minutes walk or you can also take the bus. - The breakfast was just okay, rather basic and in the basement. Wouldn’t recommend it since you have multiple other options in the city.

The best hotel I have stayed in Spain - cannot rate this highly enough. The location is extremely good, the service was fantastic (Rafa especially was very impressive), the rooms very nice… and then there is the rooftop pool. I went up at dusk and it was breath-taking. The view is exceptionally good, and I didn’t feel any need to go to the recommended tourist spots to see the sunset over Granada. To be enjoyed from the rooftop while you’re part of the scenery… Stunning!

Very cool vibe, great location. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Alex in particular was a phenomenal person to work with and he bent over backwards to help us. The location couldn’t have been better, center of everything and very walkable. Room was a decent size with very comfortable beds and linens. Accommodations were excellent with all necessities included in a very thoughtful manner. We would have loved to have a longer stay, but unfortunately time didn’t allow for that. We are thrilled to have discovered this little gem, and will be looking forward to booking with this group when the occasion presents in the cities they occupy.

Loved the location, the room, ample bathroom and balcony view. Access. To the rooftop terrace provided one of the best views of Granada (pic below). And the Staff… one of the best out there! Highly recommended! Will definitely visit Granda again, and stay here!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Granada! Excellent service breakfast until noon, and steps from all the best shopping and restaurants. Lack of parking means a short walk to the car, but that's the case most everywhere here. The rooftop pool/lounge area offers a great view of the city too. Highly recommend!
