Room Mate Luca

We had such an amazing stay here! The hotel was so clean and the staff made us feel truly cared for. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our visit special. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Friendly place. Helpful people. Valet parking service at decent price considering location. Breakfast not too copious but fine enough. Funky room with good bed and solid bathroom with all amenities. Next time I’d ask a room in the back: not that street facing rooms give you hell (we were on the second floor) but I guess the calmer the better. Anyway, recommended place and not my last Room Mate.

I had a most wonderful time! Eleonora took such wonderful care of me during my stay that I cant begin to compliment her enough! I loved my cute little room as well. I fell in love with Florence so when I return I will be back to Room mate Luca! Grazie mille!

I had such a great stay at Room Mate Luca. I booked last minute and the team were so accommodating and allowed me to check in early. In a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Florence. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. I’d like to thank Aman for being so friendly and making sure I had everything that I needed and making me delicious coffees every day of my stay.

We booked this hotel very last minute (2 hours before check in as another hotel cancelled) to say this was the nicest hotel we've stayed in on a city break is an understatement ||From the second we arrived Erida greeted us. She was so welcoming and so friendly! We had a slight issue with a machine noise in our room and on the second morning Erida sorted this, like a true professional and was so kind. There wasn't enough she could do for us. ||The location is absolutely ideal for sight seeing or travellers in Florence. It's situated on a quiet road. Less than 10 mins to the train station and 5 mins to the main Duomo square! There's so many nice restaurants near too!!! ||I've never stayed in these hotels so I was nervous. But the service is extremely good. We were greeted by the wonderful Aman and Mariam for breakfast each day. Breakfast is on until 12pm, which was brilliant as we could go sight seeing and have breakfast early or later. ||The quality of the food was brilliant and by day 5 Aman greeted us as if we were family. ||I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can't wait to stay in another Room Mate hotel on my travels.

Perfectly stationed, this hotel is modern, which is a technologically advanced and stylish establishment that provides a comfortable and convenient stay for us. With sleek and contemporary architecture with clean lines, minimalist decor, and an emphasis on natural light. Spacious lobby with comfortable seating areas, modern artwork, and stylish lighting fixtures. Moreover, the hotel has a high ceiling, large windows, and open spaces that create a sense of grandeur and airiness. Comfortable and stylish rooms with modern furniture, plush bedding, and amenities such as flat-screen TVs with cable and streaming services, minibar, and coffee maker. Breakfast is good. Overall, it is a modern hotel that prioritizes comfort, convenience, and sustainability while providing a unique and memorable experience for guests. Only bad this is that the tourist tax was too high, we paid 7 euros per person for a night, which we believed it was too much.

The hotel is spotless, offers a delicious breakfast (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM), provides excellent service, and has a fantastic location. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

I unexpectedly needed a place to stay in Florence with very short notice, I wanted to be close to the train station and not pay a fortune. This hotel came up on Booking.com and I went for it. I was worried that it was going to be some dodgy little backstreet place but it was in fact a very real, clean and normal hotel. Given my situation it was like arriving at an oasis, and I've rarely been as greatful to see a check-in desk. I was only there for a few hours but the service I needed was excellent, and the room was fine, I had a single room, which had a single bed which personally, I'm not a fan of but it did the job. I rarely stay in hotels abroad, I tend to self cater but if I was ever in the need for a hotel in Florence I'd happily stay here again. I have no idea what the area was like, or how close it was to any sights but just shy of 15 minutes walk from the station was fine for me.
