I recently booked a vacation through Roomer and it was an exiting experience with an innovative way to book vacations through travelers’ videos. Great app design, and I’ve Highly recommend it!

Never book anything through Roomer again. Booked a hotel through roomer travel. When I arrived at the hotel to check in they told me, there is no room available and my booking was canceled due to death of one of my relatives!!! Finally, it turned out that third-party company that puts that room for sale in roomer called the hotel directly to cancel my reservation. Roomer travel did not notify me about that cancellation, and when I called them to figure out what happened, they accused me that I canceled my travel personally. My family and I wasted a lot of time to figure out what happened and ended up paying more than twice as the price of my original booking for a new hotel in that area. Also, when contacted their customer service to complain and request for an explanation, they gave me 50 points without any compensation or clarification on why this happened.

Best Travel app ever. Thanks to Roomer I found the best deals everywhere I went. Simple, convenient and clear. The service is excellent and the staff helps with any question. For our next vacations I will book the hotels through Roomer - that's for sure.

When making any sort of reservation with this company make sure you read the fine print and when your done read the fine print again! I booked a hotel in Orlando, I thought it was the fancy Wyndham lake Buena Vista,it was the Wyndham "gardens" lake Buena Vista. It was very misleading when I googled this hotel thinking it was the fancier one when it was the much cheaper one, O saw all these expensive prices then I saw a much lower price,little did I realize it was the lower class Wyndham!.Om top of that the ad said if I paid more I can cancel anytime.....of course what I totally didn't see ( or wasn't there at all) was you can cancel BUT you only get 80 percent back and you also don't get back additional fees for the cancellation insurance that I Took....in total out of 602 dollars Roomer took 147.00 dollars! PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.They are theives! PS : I did try to call them with my issues,they didn't care!

What a scam!!!! If I could give ZERO star review I would. What is the purpose of travel insurance, if it gets canceled when needed. I understand we are in unprecedented times. However, every travel business is experiencing the same. How can you offer travel insurance, only to cancel it????

Sold a room through there and rather than just paying you have to call,email or go all over there website to get paid. Not straightforward or trustworthy. There are many alternatives know for this service and this is probably the worst one out there. Customer service non existent as well and get told “they are looking into it” and promise to follow up but nobody ever does unless you send 4-5 emails in a row.

Great deals, I could find a room for 52% off market value. Highly recommended

This website is a scam. They charged me for a hotel room, the hotel never got the payment and when I called to complain I was connected to some third party call center where "there was no manager on duty". I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Don't use this site under any circumstances.
