Definite must!!! We highly recommend a stay at Roomers!! We loved every day of our weekend visit here. The spa and textile free saunas/ whirlpool were very relaxing, although they were also quite small. It was somewhat crowded, so you know it was popular. It was just disappointing that room to lounge inside from the rain was so very limited. Staff is very helpful at Roomers when you can catch them available. Waiting was a bit tedious when it happened. The food in house was delicious and nutritious with a simple and nice variety. Housekeeping wins the day!!! 🏆

Our stay at the Marriott Baden-Baden was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, this property delivered a true five-star experience that exceeded every expectation. The food alone is worth the visit. Breakfast was spectacular—fresh, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully curated with both variety and quality. The sushi was outstanding, rivaling top-tier restaurants, and the bar experience was equally impressive, with a great ambiance, expertly crafted drinks, and attentive service. The room was beautiful—elegant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. While the hotel is accommodating for families, it also strikes a perfect balance between refinement and relaxation. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the staff. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Above all, Joachim deserves special recognition. His service was white-glove, first-class in every sense. Joachim went above and beyond in ways that made our stay truly memorable—from personal restaurant recommendations and local sights to see, to patiently assisting our children and embodying the spirit of family at every step. He represents what world-class hospitality should look like and is genuinely one of the most remarkable individuals we met during our time in Germany. Marriott Baden-Baden isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. We will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking excellence in service, dining, and overall stay.

We chose Roomers as it was strongly recommended by a Millennial. What a disappointment! Roomers is an overdesigned and overpriced place for Generation-Z. The hotel was built in 2016 and is located opposite the Festspielhaus, a mile from the centre. The hotel offers 130 rooms, restaurant, lobby & bar, overcrowded spa, pool and rooftop bar. Furnishings and decoration provide an over-the-top design atmosphere. Service is friendly & unadequate. The pool a hang out for party goers, and the spa suffers from the German habit of blocking resting places with towels. Our unpractically designed & furnished room had bench & coffee table, club chair, air-conditioning, TV, king size bed (incredibly low), fridge, wardrobe with safe & ironing facility, and no table & chair. We had a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet, and shower & bath. All was clean. Breakfast is good, partly served & partly buffet: eggs made to order, cold cuts & cheeses, breads & toast, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, rolls & croissants, tea & coffee made to order. Roomers is a comfortable hotel, but not worth the money. Not recommended. Not a hotel for Boomers.

This hotel is absolute perfection from the room to the spa to the restaurants. The spa is absolutely gorgeous w stunning views of the forest from the rooftop. The Asian restaurant didn’t have a single dish that wasn’t a WOW. The service at breakfast was fantastic especially with employees as dedicated and hard working as Ivana. She was really on top of everything at just the right time. I’ll definitely be back here a year from now.

Roomers Baden-Baden is a hotel with striking highlights, but also recurring issues that significantly affect the overall experience. The rooms are spacious, well designed and still feel high-quality even after years of use, especially the bathrooms. The rooftop bar, heated pool, and terrace are highlights — fantastic in summer and equally appealing in winter with late opening hours and even drink service by the pool. The spa area itself is cool, with a nice sauna and indoor pool, but it quickly becomes overcrowded and is simply too small during peak times. Breakfast is excellent and clearly one of the hotel’s strongest assets: a wide selection, very good quality, generous à-la-carte options such as Eggs Benedict and weekend service until noon. Unfortunately, the arrival experience feels impersonal and transactional. Despite being a Marriott Platinum member and having stayed here at least five times, I am repeatedly asked whether it is my first visit. Loyalty recognition and proactive upgrades are noticeably weaker compared to other Marriott brands such as W or Westin and advance inquiries about upgrades seem to result in rooms with a little sofa on the second floor in the best case. The gym is disappointing for a hotel of this level. There is no cable machine and no barbell at all — only very light dumbbells — making any serious workout essentially impossible. The biggest issue, however, is noise and guest behavior. During our recent two-night stay, loud music with heavy bass started around 2 a.m. on the first night. Despite calling reception twice, it took about 30 minutes to resolve, leaving us awake until nearly 3 a.m. On the second night, loud music was again audible from somewhere in the building. On a previous stay, we even had to change rooms at night due to bass traveling from the bar below. A noticeable number of guests behave disrespectfully, particularly at night and in the spa, with loud music and conversations showing little regard for others and repeatedly ruining what should be a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Restful sleep has consistently been an issue — and this will ultimately be the reason we will not stay overnight again. We will gladly return for breakfast and the bar, but for overnight stays, we will choose a different hotel in Baden-Baden.

We have stayed at Roomers Baden-Baden six times. The rooms themselves are nice, modern, and extremely quiet. The location is also excellent. The breakfast is good, and their spa is open until 1 am. This is why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has become a recurring issue, and repeatedly falls short. Our most recent stay in December 2025 was the worst so far. There was no recognition at check-in of our Titanium status. We arrived around 3:15 pm (official check-in is 3:00 pm), waited in a long line with no dedicated elite check-in. After sitting at the check-in desk for 10 minutes, we were told the room was not ready and that we would receive a call. After another 90 minutes of waiting, we went back to the desk to inquire about our room. They told us that it was ready... but of course, nobody called us. On a previous stay in May, the AC in our assigned room was not working and we were moved to another room with a funky smell. It took a long time to resolve, and we were initially told only a downgrade was possible. We reminded them that they could also upgrade us, especially because of our Marriott status. They then found another room in our booked category. A similar situation happened during a Christmas stay in 2024, where we were initially given a lower room category despite a confirmed booking of a junior suite. We were told all junior suites are booked… until they suddenly found another one that was not occupied. One additional note: during our stay in May 2025, there was highly inappropriate behavior in the spa at night that security did not care about.

Very nice hotel with friendly service. Room are well suited (we had a junior suite) with an awesome 2 person bathtub. Rooftop bar serve excellent cocktails and delicious food. Spa area although a little bit small have all necessary amenities and was very quiet. Breakfast was very good (food quality) but the design of the room (Japanese/Asian style restaurant) doesn't help for a fluid walk-through when too crowded. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back if I have to go in Baden-Baden and recommend it for any type of people visiting the area (family, base-camp for wandering in the area, couple or friends group)

Roomers is / used to be my go-to for a weekend getaway with my wife for wellness and a relaxed time away from home. Last year, the Spa was closed without prior notice - bad luck, but that can obviously happen. Mentioned that I found it a bit disappointing, was told to write an email to the MD. Did that - never got any response (I did not mean to get anything out of it, a few warm words would do the trick though). This year at breakfast ordered multiple times some dishes from the kitchen, reminded staff over and over - never received it. I think this will be our last time here, sadly. Other than that, well equipped rooms and nice spa + roof top area.

This is a higher end property and while I did not stay here, I joined my friend for breakfast and helped her pack her suitcase. So yes, I did see the room and I experienced the buffet breakfast. Breakfast is pretty darned awesome. As good as any full service hotel I've stayed at with lots of fresh baked goods, eggs to order, coffee to order, a buffet of eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes, three varieties of smoked fish, a selection of cheeses, a selection of sliced ham/turkey, salad stuff and more. All well presented and well cared for. The room was large, comfortable and nicely laid out. The bathroom has a proper enclosed shower. Don't miss the rooftop pool and spa. The view is pretty decent. Bring a swimsuit even if the weather is cold. The hotel is expensive whether you're paying with cash or points. Expensive enough that I stayed elsewhere in Baden-Baden. Myself (Bonvoy Platinum), my husband, mother in law and aunt visited Roomers for 1 night in early December reserving 2 rooms. We took a taxi van from Strasbourg to Baden Baden and paid an 85 euro flat rate, it was slightly over a 30 minute ride. We asked the front desk to arrange a transfer back to Strasbourg rail station which they did. I asked them what the fare would be and was advised it would be whatever the meter said but cant be more than 125 euros. The meter was set and when we arrived at the station it read 97 but he pushed a button and it went too 200 euros. I said we would not pay that and the driver threatened to call the police. I immediately called the hotel and spoke with Constantine who arranged the ride and advised him of my situation and he refused to get involved. My MIL and Aunt told me to just pay and figure it out later. I emailed the Constantine and asked him for help and he said there is nothing he can do since its a third party even though he arranged it. I then emailed the GM Marcel Heid. He offered very little assistance saying the taxi company isnt responding to them and from now on they will only use well known taxi companies and told me he would deposit 10000 Bonvoy points which we still haven't received. They set this ride up and let us be taken advantage of by the taxi company that they set up for us. My mother and I spent over 500euros for one night at this hotel - we asked Marcel to take some responsibility in this and refund us 100 euros which is what we expected to pay. He declined stating he cant be responsible for third parties and wont respond to my emails now. So we've now been scammed by the taxi company that they set up and they just wash their hands, promise 10k bonvoy points and don't even follow through with that. Be leery abut reserving this hotel.

I am a loyal Marriott guest (and timeshare owner) so naturally I look for a Marriott to stay at when I travel. I made last minute reservations here for a weekend with a friend since I didn't want to drive 2 hours back home after an amazing day at the spa. The hotel and staff were amazing and exceeded all of my expectations! All of the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful! The hotel has an interesting front desk...it's not really a front desk but separate tables with a staff member sitting at each (refer to pictures). I was approached not too long after I arrived (I must have looked lost since I couldn't find the front desk) and was immediately taken to a round check in table and offered a glass sparkling wine. Carla checked me in and was very friendly and helpful. Jürgen (the valet) came up to me to request my keys since he already had my car ticket ready. He offered to bring my luggage to me as well. As an elite member I get complimentary upgrades for rooms if available (luckily I got an upgrade this weekend) and 2 free breakfasts. The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable!! The breakfast buffet this morning was amazing...so many choices! Breads, cheeses, meats, oysters, yogurts, healthy super foods, eggs, a pretty large drink selection, etc. Plus, there was a list of things you could order like poached eggs with avocado and spinach or berry smoothies! Everything was delicious!!The hotel manager, Thomas, came over to introduce himself and gave us his card so we could contact him the next time we planned to stay here. I'll definitely stay here again!

My first trip to Germany was one for the books! My husband and I stayed in Baden-Baden and had the pleasure of staying at Roomers! Roomers was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in, period. That's including the United States & Europe. I still day dream of this beautiful place. The hotel itself is modern and breathtaking, the decor and design are amazing. The employees are the friendliest, happiest and most helpful I have ever experienced. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to make your stay a great one. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Full modern design and feel, I was happy to see how huge our bathroom was. I have a hard time feeling at ease and at home in hotels, I felt so comfortable here, I never wanted to leave. The rooms also have surround sound and apple tv!!!! The food is also delicious. The sushi restaurant in the hotel is so tasty, I highly recommend checking that out. Breakfast in the morning is also amazingly delicious, there are so many options it's almost overwhelming, the price of breakfast I think is a bit high, especially to do every day. If you order room service, you can select exactly what you want and the price isn't as much! Room service food was surprisingly the best I have ever had, I wanted to stay in my room and eat breakfast every morning! If you stay here I also highly recommend checking out the spa. The facials are amazing and incredibly relaxing. The grounds are also lovely, the bar area and outside space is trendy and comfortable, it's fun to sit outside with a drink and smoke a cigar. The location of this hotel is also great, everything is in walking distance and right by the heart of town. I truly can't say enough good things about this place! I will return to Baden-Baden just to do this all over again! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

5 stars - because yelp doesn't offer the possibility of giving 0.5 stars ... The Roomers is a fairly new hotel in Marriott's "Autograph Collection". Hotels in that category do offer maximum luxury and they say "HOTELS EXACTLY LIKE NOTHING ELSE" (https://autograph-hotels.marriott.com). This is absolutely true. Brilliant service when checking in, there's no reception counter, it's a private desk and a warm welcome. As a Marriott Platinum member we get a room upgrade to a junior suite - boah super! The hotels entry area is large and you'll find cozy seating beside a Christmas tree. Nice! The elevator operates without using your room card (very good) and is really fast. The corridors are spacious and smell nice. The room doors do not have an outside door lever handle - just push it after unlocking with your room card. The junior suite is very spacious and the interior style is fantastic. A large Samsung TV, Nespresso coffee machine, a really large bed, couch and a table where king Arthur could invite all his mates. Free magazines beside the bed and a separate tablet for gathering information about the hotel. I couldn't find out if there's a chance for communicating with the hotel staff. The bath is huge, got a bath tub and a shower (with rain function). The rooftop bar is what it says: you got a top view over the houses in Baden-Baden. Excellent service and a tasty interior design. BTW there's a pool outside, operated also in winter time! We could not use the spa offerings but we tried the Moriki, the asian style restaurant. Very very good! It was fully packed in the evening - so be sure to book a table early! The restaurant is used for breakfast also - it's selection is even better than the breakfast in "Hotel am Steinplatz" in Berlin (also in Marriott's Autograph Collection). And there's the reason why i would give only 4.5 stars: the breakfast service. It's not good when i have to wait for a server bringing my tea. Also when a friend of us joined us the coffee took too long. It was really missing attention of the staff. So sad. But at the end it was a great stay - so you get 5 stars! We'll come back again - i'll bring my mountain bike along. Black forest, Baden-Baden and the Roomers - a super combination.

Very good Marriott-affiliated hotel. Redeemed Marriott points for two nights here. 10 minute walk from the main sights in Baden Baden. 10 minute taxi from train station. Hotel staff all speak English. The vibe is modern- almost Germany/Euro meets Vegas. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Especially liked the USB ports next to the bed for charging iPhones, no need to get out the adaptors. Showers have awesome pressure and are very spacious. The rooftop bar is cool and worth a stop for a drink. The sushi restaurant is pretty good- worth visiting if you're tired of German food. Only negative was that the check in process was slow, they served a group German businessmen before us, even though we were in line first.

Service has been wonderful! I forgot my toothbrush and within 20 minutes they had a travel pack sent to my room. Danka! :)

Baden-Baden is one of my all-time favorite places in Germany and Roomers is my favorite hotel. The staff is so lovely from the second you walk in, they greet you with a tasty beverage of your choice to the time at their spa which is SO relaxing you never want to leave! There in your room is a book of hikes, runs, cycling trails to checkout. I hiked up to the old castle 1.7miles from the hotel. A great view and good hike. The rooftop bar and pool has a fantastic view and tasty food. The breakfast in the morning is great. I always love my time at this hotel. I can't wait to return.

My family and I stayed at the Roomers Baden Baden using a Marriott voucher thst we had. With platinum membership the hotel was nice enough to upgrade to a junior sweet to accomodate my wife and two small kids. Everything about the hotel is fantastic. The "bell person" (not sure of PC term) was awesome. He initially directed us to parking then he met us at the door to the garage to bring our bags in. He took us to check in the. brought our bags up to the room. He was awesome. The front desk person checked us in and asked if we wanted a beer or sparkiling wine and had cold water as well. Any place that hands you a cold beer as you enter is top notch in my book. Back to the story, so, the front desk person then accompanied us up to the room to show us the room and features. She then had more towels and a roll away bed brought up (addl cost but I'm not complaining!). She pointed out the free 100ml "shot" of vodka at the bar. lol This room was great...The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge and there was a door the opened to view into the bathroom from the bedroom area (have to come back sans kids, oh yeah). The hotel is also located within walking distance of the downtown area, casino and the x-mas market which was our intended destination. Baden baden is also pretty close to strasbourg and even closer to the french border. Overall a great stay. We'll be back to this hotel again.
