Just in at the heart of old town , great location and great hospitality! 100% recommended and definitely i will choose the same apartments if i ever return here !

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our Host Darko, was helpful and responsive. We had room number two and the neutral decor and beams had a nice ambiance. The four rooms are all different and there is a small communal area with self service coffee and tea. You can do like the locals, wash your clothes and hang them to dry on the line outside your window, clips provided. Location was quiet and mattress was very comfortable. Linens, pillows and towels were all clean and quality. There are a lot of steps to climb up, so it helps to be fit if you stay here.

Very clean room, the stairs to get to the room from the entry has no handrail, it may be hard for some people. The owner was a great guy. I had fallen prior to arriving and injured my knee. |The Owner|took all our luggage from the Main Street and brought it up and brought it down for us. What great guy! One note from the Main Street to the hotel room it is 61 steps so it was a bit of a hard clim.

This is a charming and warm home style location. The owners went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome every day of my 5 night stay. The building is centuries old but the rooms and fixtures are comfortable and modern. And very, very clean. There’s access to a small kitchen area with microwave and fridge, along with free coffee and tea. The location within the walls is ideal to experience the old city during off hours when the cruise ship hordes have left. ||Keep in mind there are lots of stairs!||I loved my stay and highly recommend wonderful Rooms Vicelic.

Bottom line: host became extremely aggressive and threatened us over a very minor parking issue which was quickly rectified. Having your safety threatened by the person responsible for hosting you is a terrible experience for any traveler. The communication throughout the visit was thoughtless and aggressive for no apparent reason. The accommodations themselves were sufficient and as described. Clean. Tons of stairs as it was in the old city. No issues with the stay beyond the wildly bad actions of the host. For that reason I’m giving one star across the board. Terrible way to end our time in an otherwise magical (albeit very touristy) spot.

We had the absolute worst experience imaginable with the host of this establishment. We have traveled to 40+ countries and this was by far the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had to endure. STAY AWAY from this place. We tried paying for the parking lot in multiple different ways and the person was not present to meet us at the lot when we arrived. We left the lot and had every intention of paying and was about to call the man to see where we can meet him, but instead we get a phone call where the host is yelling at the top of his lungs and threatening to do “multiple terrible things to us.” There was absolutely no reasoning with this person. It was a horrible experience to our honeymoon and don’t wish this on anyone. We still went back to the parking lot and paid the lady who was now present. I will be reporting this to Expedia given that it is absolutely unacceptable. Also he yelled at us saying that public parking is only $8 and there was no need for us to pay 4x the rate to him park if we didn’t want to pay… so I guess the parking spot is a scam too?! Who knows but I would NOT recommend this place!!!

Can anyone rent me a cloning machine so I can make more of hosts like Darko? Before I even landed, I had a missed call, SMS and Whatsapp message from him asking about my whereabouts! He even stepped out to help when I was slightly lost and whenever I ran into him, he greeted me with a warm smile .... ||||The room was great, well equipped with ports, lights, cosmetics and loads of towels! The naked wall adds a nice touch of Dubrovnic ambience and I cant be grateful enough for the air-conditioner! Its in the bang middle of the OldTown (2mins walk to the main street Stradun) and really close to all attractions, however like most old town accommodations - it requires navigating through a lot (a lot!) of stairs. The guesthouse also has a small common kitchen and a place to store luggage on checking out!||||The price was also great for a central property, I can't wait to be back there next summer.

I stayed in this lovely perfectly positioned little hotel on 1 July. Everything was spotlessly clean and according to the photographs. Two specialities: the owner Darko so helpful and charming. He went out of his way to meet me at the gates to the old city with my heavy luggage and also on exit out of the old town. Second speciality the mattress: the best mattress I have ever slept upon and with the crisp high quality cotton sheets quite a luxurious experience!
