Roomzzz Aparthotel Leeds

Enjoyed a fantastic stay at Roomzzz Leeds with some friends for a short weekend away. Very clean and modern rooms with comfy beds, and located within walking distance to some great shopping, dining and nightlife areas nearby. Big thank you to Pheonix on reception, very friendly and efficient during check in, and was even kind enough to recommend some bars and clubs for us to visit when we left to go out (and even made sure we were okay when we stumbled back in a few hours later). Thank you Roomzzz and especially Pheonix for a brilliant stay!

Had a wonderful night's stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent. The bed was so comfy too and had a wonderful night's sleep! I highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you're visiting Leeds.

Great stay at Roomzzz Leeds! We booked the two bedroom apartment as there was myself, husband, teenage daughter, and 10 month old baby; ample space for everyone, and if a teenage girl tells you her bed is comfy, you know the bed is comfy! Apartment was clean, check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for visiting Leeds; right by everything, but in a quiet area, so wouldn't even know you're in the city centre. We pre booked the Q-Park, which is 1 minute away (if that), and made everything nice and easy. Would definitely recommend, and would book again!

Had a lovely visit to the Roomzzz Leeds City Centre location. Amenities were exceptional and the room was amazing! Phoenix on the reception was extremely helpful and even put my heating on before I went up to my room to ensure it was warm when I stepped in which was a lovely touch! Thank you Phoenix and Roomzzz Leeds! Will definitely be back again soon.

We have stayed at roomzzz a few times, always great locations. Really central. Everything was nice and clean as expected. The staff there are fantastic. The young lady that first met us on the desk was very friendly and polite. The member of staff watching the desk at night was called Phoenix. A very friendly helpful lad. Nothing was too much trouble, phoenix is a true credit to the company. No doubt we will be back again soon. Thank you

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights, whilst the Leeds Music Festival was on at Bramham Park. (We also stayed here the year before, so we were fully aware of the property/location/facilities on site).||This time we were in Apartment 202, and it was nicely laid out, with all of the 'home-from-home' comforts that we would need. ||Two things struck us immediately however - there is MAJOR construction work ongoing at the building next door. I fully appreciate this isn't the fault of the Roomzzz Hotel, and I'm sure they're gutted about it, but it does severely impact the quality of the guest experience. The builders start from 8am, and it's noisy. Heavy machinery operating about 10 metres away from our bedroom windows, with a loud beeping every time it either reversed, or the 'crane element ' was extended. VERY annoying, when you're trying for a well-earned lie-in, or had a late night out. I asked a staff member how long this was anticipated to continue for, and she could only suggest 'Months". Looking at the state of the building, and the scaffolding etc. I think she's right, so be warned.||Secondly, we identified quickly that we'd been allocated a 'disability enabled' room, with a wet room as a bathroom, rather than a standard shower or bath. Neither my wife or I have any mobility issues, and I'm always perplexed why we'd be allocated this facility? What if someone who needs it wishes to stay? So I enquired at Reception about switching rooms, (and they weren't full to capacity), but the man wasn't too bothered about transferring us, I guess it would have caused him more admin!||Roomzzz offers a breakfast of hot drink and a croissant (some mornings they'd all gone), and it's okay. But it's definitely down-graded from just 12 months ago, when there was yoghurt and juice also included. A sign of the economic times, I guess.||So my overall memories of Roomzzz (Leeds) on this occasion, for the £666 paid for 5 nights, are not great. A decent quality of (undisturbed) sleep is surely a basic element of any accommodation, and so that reflects on the 2/5 grading.

Had a lovely stay here, great location , great reception staff , nice rooms and beds. 1 room in 3rd floor had scaffolding and construction noise on the Sunday morning which was unfortunate. Also had this really noisy guy in room 106 who kept shouting and banging on doors at 4 in the morning, hope he gets banned for using them in future. |Would defo use again and big thanks to the staff
