Roomzzz Aparthotel Leeds

Stayed for 1 night in a studio apartment. Staff were incredibly friendly, there was issues with the keycard upon our arrival but the lady dealt with this very well despite only being in the role for a matter of days. The room was very large for a studio with a nice shower room with underfloor heating. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Location is ideal for exploring the city centre and for all nightlife. Would definitely recommend.

One night stay on a Friday. Great location near to station and centre. Staff very friendly. Room was a it tired but very well kitted out, we didn’t use the kitchen but everything you would need. Very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable and free coffee and croissants in the morning f.

Been staying around Leeds for work and have to say this is the best place value and location wise I have stopped so far and will hope to stay again! Everything you would need for a city getaway in the room including a kitchen.||Room was very clean with only a few small niggles.||Only thing that could improve it would be a bit of decoration in the reception, seem to be the only hotel in Leeds that doesn't at least have a tree!||Special mention goes to Phoenix and Lia who were amazing hosts!

Stayed overnight on a Friday with some friends. Pheonix and Leah were amazing as soon as we arrived. Super friendly a quick and easy check and were very welcoming. The room itself was spacious and clean.

Great, comfortable, spacious serviced apartment hotel accommodation. Excellent value for money. 2 bedroom apartment absolutely fine for 4 adults. Friendly helpful staff. Great location beside many shops and restaurants and a couple of minutes walk from Leeds Train Station and Airport Bus Stop on Boar lane. Would highly recommend to anyone. Lovely stay. We will be back.

Stayed here last weekend. Really good for city centre stays. Clean and tidy. All facilities functioning properly. Only downer was the provided shower gel was empty. Friendly staff and great location. Would book again.

Yorkshire. Our stay at the rooms “aparthotel” on Swinegate was excellent. Taking into account the allergies we had notified, management placed us in a room that had not hosted animals and with separate studio, without charging us an additional fee. The staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful. I am grateful to Adam for his kindness and to Phoenix for completing the morning checkout swiftly and without fuss. We will certainly return. The stay does not quite merit five stars solely because of the breakfast: the croissants were poor (they were delicious last year) and there no freshly ground coffee- the machine was out of order for more than a week.

Loved this place, room perfectly formed and everything we needed. The staff were so lovely, Adam helped us settle in and leah was just amazing every time we spoke! Definitely recommended. Oh please fix coffee machine though we enjoyed our complimentary coffee and croissant first day but couldn't get the next. Get a balcony room if you can, the pic is of the view.
