Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Really clean, quiet, nice rooms. It is right in the middle of so many great places to eat. And the free croissant and coffee in the morning is a great touch if you’re not a massive breakfast fan.

Had an amazing stay here. Lovely young lady called Olivia went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and knew where all the facilities were. She give us recommendations where to go and what to do in Manchester. Outstanding service and such a polite young lady.

It was just OK for the price paid. We were given a special needs room with a bathroom that looked like it belonged in a hospital. We are abled bodied people and while we thought that it would have been great for those that need the facilities, we weren't enamered with our bright orange emergency pull cords located around the room, along with a shower that looked grotty. When I mentioned this to reception and that we'd prefer a bath or normal shower, they weren't bothered and said no. For a room that cost over 200 quid for one night, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. No room service either.... really! 200 quid a night....!

My partner and I stayed at Roomzzz a couple of weeks ago and, as always, absolutely loved it! This is now the only hotel we consider when we fancy a night in Manchester. We've had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth on multiple occasions, and she's always incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. Any small issues we had during our stay were quickly resolved, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. We're booked in again this Sunday and are thoroughly looking forward to our stay, hoping to see the likes of Elizabeth again. A hotel right in the heart of the city centre, with restaurants on your doorstep and incredibly welcoming and attentive staff, what more could you ask for.

Love this hotel. The building is awesome making great use of the gorgeous old structure. Soo many restaurants and a bar in the middle to pick from. The rooms are great with all the stuff you need to make a home from home and the staff are amazing. Should out to Olivia who really was super helpful in reception. Gym and laundry and all included. Great value

The hotel was great – a really comfortable stay with friendly staff. Its central location is a huge plus, with easy access to both the metro and bus lines. Loved the little bonus of having free coffee and croissants for breakfast.

Wouldn’t recommend. Found the service very poor, no TV remote in the room, rang reception 5 times kept saying they were bringing it but took over an hour. Got stuck in the hallway on first floor without a key card, have called reception twice and no one is coming to let me out. Keep saying they are sending someone. Hotel has a good location but the service is 100% not 4 star!

We stayed two times during one trip, one was in a mini studio and one was in the grand studio, both times the employees were so nice and friendly, the location was perfect, the rooms were clean and we loved our stays, however, the grand studio was at the opposite of the elevators on the 2nd floor, we had 6 bags and had to walk all the way there and there even was a little stairs in the hallway and we had to carry them up and down again when we wanted to check out, so ask for a room close to the elevators if you have a lot of bags and ask for a farther one if you don’t, both were great though and the location is everything, if you come down before 10:30 you can even get a plain croissant and coffee in the lobby, there are some food items you can buy in the lobby too if you need something, but all the restaurants are close by you won’t need anything, there’s a coop supermarket nearby and Vue cinema, selfridges and an entrance to Arndale mall, we asked to leave our luggage in the lobby after check out due to our late flight and the staff were more than happy to help us keep them even with the small storage room and our 6 bags! Thank you and I will stay again!
