Roomzzz Manchester Victoria

What an amazing hotel. The location is centrally located with transit right next door. The old building is really cool to stay in with modern rooms. We stayed in the Sovereign Suite with it's own turret, it was super cool to see the city in 365 degree views. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The heat wasn't working, but they got us a large plug in radiator heater that fixed that. The staff is incredible and super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at Roomzzz in Manchester. Thank you Elisabeth and Emily for your help, you two are both amazing.

Got a grande studio and the layout was amazing with plenty of space. Under floor heating in the bathroom was a nice surprise and the kitchen had everything you need. The one negative from this trip was the bed. It had a king size mattress but a divan bed frame which was very uncomfortable and I could barely sleep during my trip. Front desk staff were very helpful and the cleaners were very friendly.

We booked this hotel for Billy Eilish concert. When we booked ourselves in they told us that they were giving us a free upgrade to their best room. Well the room was amazing. It had a dressing room area, dining and kitchen area and a stunning shower room. There was also a spiral staircase. At the top was a table for two with fantastic views of the city. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There was also a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, a safe and somewhere to hang your clothes. There was a complimentary bottle of water and crisps popcorn. Basically the room had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roomzzz you were amazing x

The rating is to reflect the extraordinary low levels of customer service and care. I think the staff are actually trained to give terrible service and be unhelpful. I have stayed here half a dozen times and it’s the same every occasion. The people who run this place need a taste of hospitality. I know it’s not the Ritz, but you could do with turning up for your customers at least a little better. Awful, awful. Shame that location is good and rooms are also nice.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Check in was super easy, staff were helpful & the grab and go breakfast was a fab touch. Location honestly couldn't have been better either. Special mention to Frankie, who recommended a local bar that we loved and because he was super friendly & funny! We would stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were forced out of our home with little belongings that we could take due to the fire in the next building, and we arrived to this hotel without many stuffs. Elisabeth at the desk help us to book a proper room for 28 days. We even extended for more days as we did not have access to our stuffs at the home for some time. The hotel was well-equipped and the staffs were friendly and helpful. In the morning, we had complementary coffee and croissant. The location was also great as it is near Tesco, M&S, Booths, and Arndale market.

Rooms really badly designed. Massive and enough space for the bed to not be up against the wall and not have such a unnecessarily cramped bathroom. Lots of wasted space that could be used better. The only reason for a relatively low score as makes a stay a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, location is great and free grab and go coffee/croissant is good. Rooms clean and modern, just not great for two people.

Location is great and very central. Building is beautiful, plenty of restaurants around etc… My main issues is the basics. Shower is absolutely diabolical, room is way too hot and air con wasn’t working. The check in pad wasn’t working. The lobby area wasn’t as clean as it should be. The service was fine, but it felt like another one if those trendy hotel brand that is more style over substance than anything else.
