Very Worst Experience, If you want to waste your money and time, visit here to get your life time worst experience regarding Rajasthan. The Manager Ms. Nupur Sharma is the totally irresponsible person, who will never respond you nor attend your call to listen your problem, As per my experience, such places must be closed for forever..

"Roop Vilas Palace in Nawalgarh, Rajasthan, aptly nicknamed the Golden City, is a majestic blend of heritage and culture. Nestled amidst the desert landscape, it offers a regal retreat ideal for winter vacations with friends and family. The palace exudes charm with its intricate architecture, opulent interiors, and warm hospitality. From exploring the rich history of the region to indulging in traditional Rajasthani cuisine, every moment at Roop Vilas Palace is a journey into luxury and culture. Whether strolling through the palace gardens or admiring the sunset over the desert horizon, this hidden gem promises an unforgettable experience for all."

The property is beautiful without a doubt!! But it is ill maintained is also a fact. The staff does its best but they are a little short of staff too. The rooms are beautiful but they need some better upkeep. Photographs of Maharaj of Jaipur are everywhere. Food was very good. Sitting out in the lawn and having a hot Maggi was awesome. Would love to return

What makes Roop Vilas worth staying is the great care shown by its staff towards its guests. I stayed in off season (April first week) when the tourism in the area is down. Despite being the only guest, they took full care of me and were always willing to accommodate any requests. The rooms were big and cool, perfectly suited for Rajasthani weather. The beds were very comfortable and full facilities of electric kettle, mini fridge with tea/coffee supplies were available to unwind after a long day.

The Hotel Roop Vilas Palace is absolutely fantastic place. Big palatial rooms, courtyards, very neat and clean as well. The Owners are ready to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible. For private parties the lawns are immaculately manicured. The service staff though needs some training to deliver great experience.

We were 3 couples and visited this resort 1 year back. We thought that max bill that we could get will be of Rs 5000/6000 per couple including 1 day room and breakfast, lunch, dinner. ||The current owner treated us family and we also enjoyed the liberty to use pool anytime and to be allowed to check out late next day as we checked in late night after 9:00 pm.||But we were shocked at end bill of Rs 11000. The caretaker should have informed us about all extra charges before hand. ||Hotel Staff is limited. Caretaker wife used to cook the food for us.||So be careful when you go and ask for all additional costs before hand.

A 160 yr old painted heritage home now converted into a heritage hotel. Superbly maintains its grandeur while being exceptionally hospitable. The food is tasty, homemade & very light and leaves you craving for more. The beautifully maintained lawns, gardens and poolside make for an interesting wedding venue.

The reception was unfriendly and the knowledge of English among the personnel very minimal. So communication was not impossible but very difficult. We did not like the room shown to us first because it was dark and cold. Other rooms were not better and finally we selected a large room with a high ceiling and got an extra blanket and two electric heaters to warm us up a bit. However, these heaters had no fan and were not able to generate a sizeable amount of warmth. The worst was the bathroom. The installations were carelessly neglected and the light above the mirror non functional and rusty. The boiler was disconnected first and when connected worked for a while but then caused a short circuit with a big bang and therafter we had no warm water anymore. We had to go through this terrible experience because I made my booking for this place due to a confusion with the similarly named and honorable Hotel Roop Niwas Kothi just around the corner. Unfortunately I discovered my error only when it was too late.
