Best spot in the east bay, huge selection, best prices around. Cheap and nice rosin, so many different types of hash, potent edibles, what led could you ask for. Do not buy 1/8 here they are always very old. Ive never gotten an 1/8 that wasn't 5-6 months old. I even got one that was almost a year old. Staff is nice, lounge seems cool, but the inventory is old and over priced. Just get pre rolls.

Really solid selection. Customer service was on point. I would like to return for some seeds. The flower and vape options did not disappoint. I love that there is a Black history month sale for Black growers and products! Several payment options. There is no lounge which doesn't quite match the website, but I imagine that's just part of the permit game. Highly recommend...pun intended!

They have the best prices on flower, pre rolls, and carts. They have a really good selection of high end and cheaper options. Truly my favorite dispensary, it's always my go-to. The service is always awesome, they have some really knowledgeable staff.

I have been loyal customer for over a year. They sold me a $18 blunt which didn't work. I brought back product but they would not refund. If a business doesn't stand by their products or value my patronage, there are plenty of other businesses that would appreciate my business. Very unsatisfactory response. No more business from me or my family.

This spot is the top-tier dispensary in the area. Everything looks wonderful with a great ambiance and excellent aesthetics. The options are clear and well-lit, allowing you to see exactly what you'd like. I highly recommend this to any cannabis connoisseur or even somebody on more of a budget, as they have plenty of options for both. The service was personalized and extremely friendly, without being pushy, and attentive to all your needs. This is definitely cannabis done right! Can't wait for my next visit!

I have been coming here Quite consistently and I would like to point out a few of things that I have noticed. My 1st few experiences here were not the best. I dealt with a lot of miscommunication with my name in the system as well As staff making me feel very uncomfortable. Jokes about my mothers death (when I asked could I still use my birthday promo because my mom had passed and I missed it.. the man said "well everyone dies you still only get the promo on your actual birthday), comments about my visual Uncomfortability and An overall unprofessional interaction on 3 seperate Occasions. I can say the past 10 times that I have been here have been utterly the best. There is new staff that is very diverse. And multiple staff members seem to be knowledgeable on how to deal with NeuroDivergent people. I have noticed that multiple of the staff members do not overcrowd me Or make me feel uncomfortable when I take a few steps back when they approach me. The Staff has seemed overly helpful And kind in moments when I have felt overwhelmed But still wanted to purchase my products that I enjoy. I appreciate my experience here so much that I now only shop here. Even with their taxes being very high my recent experiences here in my opinion has been worth it and I Encourage any person on the spectrum to try out this place and their style of service.

Root'd is a new dispensary that opened this week a couple of blocks from my house. So feeling Yelpy, I simply had to check it out. Stylish, very spacious shop. They've got all to goods you'd expect. Vapes, edibles (gummies, chocolate, candy, drinks) and flowers, AKA green bud, in pretty display cases. Lots of sleek screens above the wall cases displaying pricing. Good selection, but not the largest. Some dispensaries are more like a warehouse. Root'd is more of a shopping experience. Nice staff. The deal is that your "budtender" can walk you around to answer questions and build your order. They've been given 420 bags to get familiar with all off the products. Miya was really sweet and showed me around explaining what was what in the "green room." They were still working out the kinks with their POS system. There's a big screen at checkout that lets you know when it's ready to pick up. Open 12pm - 9:30pm every day. You can also order online and walk in for "takeout"! Tips: Convenient to MacArthur BART. If you like deals ask for the BOGO specials. You pay with a debit card or cash due to the State of California's regulations. No credit cards accepted but there's an ATM on site. The website says an on-site consumption lounge. If that's the case, then luckily there's Jack in the Box and McDonalds across the street should you immediately get the munchies. Or if your tastes are more urbane, you've got Oakland's new restaurant row up and down Telegraph.

wow!!! So first they leave a comment to my review, i didnt get a chance to read it but they obviously removed it. Then operations manager tried to harass me by calling me!!!!!! Only reason i knew it was them denying phone orders is because voices are like fingerprints they are very distinctive and like fingerprints. the minute i heard their voice again I knew it as them. just in aw!

Very nice location, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff. Bought 2 cartridges by Level: Boost + Lights Out. We'll see how it goes. Honestly, I'm just tryna get some sleep.

Wanted to purchase a new vape pen and oil. Decided to try a new-to-me dispensary that I know sells the brand that I prefer. When I entered on the evening of February 17th, the person at the front desk asked what I needed, and told me the products that I wanted were under the Full Service sign. I walked to that area, and all the products were in a case, as expected, but since the area says FULL SERVICE, and I was directed to the area for assistance, I'm assuming someone will come over to assist me. Two employees were helping customers to the right of that area. Once those customers left, the two employees stood around in the same area doing nothing. One then left to talk to the woman at the front desk. A third employee entered the building, walked past me and began talking to the employee that was left. I stood there for 5 minutes while they helped the original customers, and another 5 minutes while they held a conversation. No help or acknowledgment so I decided to leave. I've never walked into a dispensary before and had employees pretend they don't see me waiting for assistance in an empty store. Very weird behavior. Won't be spending my money here ever.

First time and loved this place! My partner and I were in town for my 42 birthday and Root'd was BY FAR the best dispensary we stopped at the entire trip. Service is on point and the staff is well informed on product but also not pushing for sales, which was nice. I lived in the bay 20 years ago and am moving back in a few months and this will be a short walk from my apt! I'll be stopping in often Thanks for the great product and service!

The prices here are reasonable. It feels like I'm going to a 5 star restaurant . They have a wide selection of different things to buy and try out.

I go to dispensaries pretty much every other day and this is by far the best dispensary in Oakland. Their selection has everything you need. I love how they have everything on display including the actual flower. They don't make you feel rushed and you can actually take your time to look for what you want. Their prices are really good and fits all budgets. The employees are very helpful and don't get angry when asking for help. The location is in a good area and it's relative very easy to find parking near by. I would recommend to dispensary to anyone including people on tight budgets.

Sandra aka Dreezy has kept the same positive energy since I met her. She is always aware of new strains and knowledgeable of what is currently stocked. Dreezy has shown me that she has the ability to multitask while still providing genuine customer service.

The space is beautiful, but the front desk staff is incredibly rude and the prices are outrageous and not transparently labeled on the products before purchase. They're clearly attempting to deliver a premium experience, in which case they should take another look at how they treat people.

This is my favorite club I go to. The selection and prices are great and the staff is always super helpful when it comes to recommendations and just helping with the whole process. Their lounge opens April 19th just in time for 420! I would definitely recommend popping in.

I had driven by and decided to try the place out. A great selection and service. My issue with them (and most other places) is the price you see is before the tax. Tax is something around 30% when all is said and done. Just add the tax and let me know the total cost up front, please.

I've been coming to this dispensary for quite a while, and I always come back because of the variety and quality of the products. Also the customer service is always outstanding from security to the Bud tenders behind the desk. I can definitely tell they really love their job and making a connection with their customers. And the lounge is going to be like a real world meta verse!

I had a wonderful first experience here! I was kindly greeted at the front desk and Instructed to talk to anyone with an iPad to order what I wanted. The atmosphere is beautiful and the customer service is wonderful. Ani (sorry probably butchering the spelling. helped me out with a bunch of deals!

I walk my dog past this place every day. Even when I'm not coming in to buy anything (which I do regularly) my dog tries to pull me in to the store because he's gotten treats from the staff there many times. Now, when he pokes his head in, the front desk staff wave to me and ask if they can give him a treat even though I'm not buying anything. We just stop in for dog treats and it makes my dog so happy, it is the most pure and precious exchange and always makes my day. The staff here are amazing, the selection is great, and so are the operating hours. 1000% recommend this place. I'm about to move to another part of Oakland and I will still make the trip to come here.

This place is mediocre to bad as far as dispensaries go. There are much better ones in the bay area. It's overpriced and the salespeople are pushy, try to oversell. They try not to tell you the (high) prices before sending you to the register. Best avoided.

After visiting many dispensaries in Oakland and Berkeley this my favorite! I've always had a great experience when shopping there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have great recommendations for the flower and edibles. They have a parking lot that makes getting in and out so easy. You can't beat the prices and selection! Highly recommend!

Usually people smoke a lil tree then go to jack in the box. I happened to go to the jack in box (across the street) and then saw this spot. When I walked in I registered on the right. From there there was bud and wax in the center and along the right were pre-rolls and edibles in display cases. Further down were cannabis drinks. I liked that when i went they had blue dreams which was one of my favorite strains 10 years ago. I ended up getting a pre-roll pack (had food in my car and didn't want it to roll when I got home) and some fruit drop candies. There was dedicated parking for rootd. It is cash only but there is an ATM inside. I would recommend this spot to friends and look forward to going back.
