Roots Hotel Apartment

ABSOLUTELY GREAT FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY. THE SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED WHEN WE ARRIVED. ONLY $15 A PERSON. INDOOR SEATING OR ROOFTOP OUTDOOR SEATING. VERY COMFORTABLE ROOMS WITH EVERYTHING U COULD NEED. COFFEE SHOP IN THE LOBBY, LIVE PERFORMANCES IN THE LOBBY ON SPECIFIC DAYS. A SHUTTLE TO & FROM THE AIRPORT ON REQUEST. VERY CLEAN HOTEL. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THE WATER WASN'T AS HOT AS I WOULD LIKE IN THE SHOWER, BUT OH WELL. THANK YOU ROOTS HOTEL. MY STAY WITH YOU GUYS WAS AMAZING. THIS PLACE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM DA HUSTLE & BUSTLE OF OXFORD ST. WHERE U CAN PURCHASE WHATEVER UR HEART DESIRES THEIR. VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE.

The rooms were comfortable and expressive. There was a nice little kitchenette a lovely bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Restaurant service was excellent I was treated very well. And truly surprised by the large amount of vegetables that were served for breakfast and dinner. Security and front desk were very attentive. I would love to return when I come back at the 70th anniversary of Ghanaian Independence.

Our tour company Uprise Travel chose this place as a part of tour and we were so happy they did. The place is located near Oxford street (walking distance) which is in the heart of everything. The rooms have a full kitchen and the staff is Amazing. We Loved Loved the restaurant!!! OMG could have eaten here every single day. Please try the Tilapia and the Jollof Rice with the Kellwelle!!! Everything on that menu is great. I never made it to the night spot but it's on the top floor. I can't wait to get back!

The food was good, the staff were extremely helpful and super professional. The rooms were spacious and clean, fully loaded with a kitchen and microwave. What I really want to bring to the management attention is, after a long exhausting day on Oct 7th at around 7pmish at the restaurant upstairs. I left my backpack with about $700 American dollars and my credit card. The restaurant staff quickly got it to me and not one thing was missing from the bag. Thanks to the wonderful staff for being honorable, you don’t see such honest people in this world. I highly recommend this Roots hotel, will definitely be back one day God willing !!!!

Very poor customer service and I will never use again, I brought my customer to room 203, but their service is not good at all

I had dinner on the upper level and also had some drinks on the rooftop. Emmanuel in the restaurant and Felix in the roof area are super professional and friendly staff . I would return for the excellent service , the tasty jollof and the views of Accra

I really enjoyed my time at Roots Apartment. The staff were all kind and helpful. I definitely want to give a shoutout to Joyce who was always on the ball and compassionate.|Check-in was smooth, security was on point. I did the standard room without the kitchenette which was clean, spacious and comfortable.|Location wise, you cannot go wrong with this spot. Being in Osu you are close to a variety of restaurants and nightlight within walking distance.||Also, just a heads up the Jacuzzi's were either covered or removed but the roof top views are sooo nice. I will gladly come back to Roots hotel in the future.

Great hotel for business. The rooms are large and comfortable with aircon, a fridge, stove top, kettle and TV. The TV is far from smart. WiFi is OK. Fast enough to stream Netflix, but some spots in the room does not get WiFi. Double ply toilet paper. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Gym has very nice equipment, but it is limited. Two modern treadmills that would be excellent if it could connect to the WiFi, but the WiFi is lacking. An orbital, a multi HIIT machine and a punching bag. There is a selection of dumbells and a bench. If they had a proper pull up bar with sufficient hight and space around it, it would be perfect. The restaurant is excellent. It offers great views and has balcony seating. Great food and great service.
