I’ve eaten at Roots Salad Kitchen on many occasions when they were located near downtown. My favorite item to order was the Summer Salmon Salad…the fruit and veggie mixed salad, along with the flavorful salmon is a tasty combination, topping with a perfect dressing. I was never disappointed each and every time I ordered the salad. I recently had surgery at University Hospital and was incredibly excited to find out that the restaurant was located inside. And to my surprise…they delivered directly to my room. My salad was just as fresh and delicious as usual. Please check them out if you haven’t yet.

I am in love with the salads here. They are fresh the lettuce tastes clean and everything is fresh. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a fresh salad!!!

The Salad tasted wonderful, but I ate half of my salad after I got it, and before I left the hospital to go home, I had to run from the parking lot into the hospital to run to the bathroom. I was sick yesterday through this afternoon still.

I ordered the south west salad subbed for Chipotle Chicken and dressing, absolutely loved it! Very filling, tasty & worth the price for the portion you receive.

I’ve gotten food from here on two separate occasions and both times the food has been stellar. The meats and fish are well seasoned, the lettuce is fresh (you’d be surprised how many other places give wilted or nearly spoiled lettuce) and the staff is accommodating of any changes or additions to on the menu salads. Staff is super kind and courteous!
