Been coming here 5 months now. I thought I would update my review. This is the best gaff in town for wine. No ifs and or buts. This wine bar is LEVELS above everywhere in town, its not even close. Tian, Tom Iris, Holly + the gang make you feel so welcome, its like sitting at home. So relaxed the vibes are impeccable. The knowledge is insane i don't know how they store it all, This place is faultless. Their wine selection is off the charts!! i If I could give these guys 10 stars I'd give them 15. OUTSTANDING!!!! My friend said the coffee is amazing also

Very nice place - very friendly staff, coffee is very nice, and there's a chilled atmosphere even when it's a bit busier. Highly recommend trying them out. I don't drink so can't comment on the wine side of things!

Popped in for a quick lunchtime wine. Had a glass of the orange wine and it was sensational- best I’ve ever had. Also shared the Brie with my friend which was completely delicious. Lovely place lovely staff. Would love to come back for wine club. 🍷✨

A very relaxing place with very nice coffee and scones. The perfect account of coffee and they also have a delicious cookie. The service is friendly and good.

Ropes and Twines is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers, especially if you’re a fan of delicious brews and banana bread. They also offer a selection of wines—though I haven’t tried them myself. There are choices for the espresso bases, and they have V60 options for filter coffee enthusiasts. Beyond drinks, they serve sandwiches, cold cuts, and of course, their famous banana bread to pair perfectly with your beverage. Although the shop is small, the cozy vibe and friendly staff make it a must-visit. Hope you enjoy Ropes and Twines as much as I did!

Super cute café with comfy seating and a nice outdoor area—perfect for chilling. The staff were super friendly and all smiles, which made the vibe even better! Tried the iced latte and mocha (both with oat milk), but honestly… kinda flavourless? Almost watered down. It did the job and satisfied the craving, but would I order it again? Probably not. That said, still a nice spot to hang out, just wish the drinks had more oomph!

Stumbled upon this place whilst taking a mooch around the shops on bold street and so pleased that we decided to give it a try. . This cafe doubles as a specialist wine bar / retailer with many vintages from around the globe available by the glass, bottle, or take home. Whilst we weren't intending to purchase wine, I would return to sample a glass in the future as the orange wine has me intrigued. . The cafe offered table service and we ordered some coffees and hot chocolate for the kids I also sampled the banana bread, which was incredibly tasty and something I would happily order again. The pastries also looked amazing and plenty of dinners were enjoying them. . The cafe is very airy and spacious and you don't feel packed in or uncomfortable. It's definitely somewhere I'd return to with a good book. . Great mix of people and somewhere that just leaves you feeling good. I know I'm coming back soon....
