"Rosa Mexicano is relaxed and peaceful but not too informal. You'll be caught off-guard by the rooftop with views overlooking the city. The tourist-heavy crowd is mostly couples, though there are some families scattered about. Come here for high-quality Mexican food with international options and plenty of flair." - Susannah Rigg

Great restaurant with amazing view. Service was good they allow dogs, and they responded back quick. It was my first time with Rosa Mole it was good, but I think next time I'll try the traditional. Definitely would go back.

If you're looking for a restaurant that offers unique and delicious Mexican cuisine, Rosa Amaranto is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant is especially famous for its pink mole dish, which is a must-try for anyone who loves flavorful and authentic Mexican food. During our visit, we also tried the Carne Taxquena, which was a delicious combination of beef, tamale, nopal, cheese, and chorizo. The flavors blended together perfectly, creating a truly memorable dish. To wash everything down, we indulged in a few mango margaritas, which were absolutely delicious. They were the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and they complemented the food perfectly. Finally, I ended my meal with a slice of cheesecake, which was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. It was creamy and flavorful, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Rosa Amaranto. The views from the rooftop dining area are beautiful. It is a great way to take in the city while enjoying a great meal. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the service was excellent. If you're looking for a great Mexican restaurant, be sure to give Rosa Amaranto a try.

Amazing restaurant with great views over the city center. The service is lightning fast, we had our meals within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend getting the mole rose de Taxco, a local dish! The restaurant is inside a hotel so it can be a bit tricky to find, just ask the receptionist for help!

Very good Mexican restaurant. Located at the heart of taxco it offers a beautiful view of the town as well as good food I personally recommend the Mole Rosado. It was delicious Prices are correct and the place is super romantic. Actually it's a hotel Service is very good and you can drink good mezcal cocktails

Came here after reading the raving reviews but was disappointed. The view of the restaurant was really awesome. However the service was very slow. It took them 15mins to get the check and the food came very slow. Ordered 2 soups and one of them was very very salty. The waiter was very kind to bring it back to the kitchen but it was still too salty when returned. Overall the food was edible but not good on flavors.

It’s such a treat to sit here on the balcony taking in the gorgeous views of beautiful Taxco on a sunny day. Service was great, and the food was fabulous. Absolutely loved the chiles en nogada. Clean washrooms and lovely surrounding hotel grounds. Very reasonably priced for what it was.

Ordered the pink mole with chicken, it tasted very bland and needed much more flavor for being one of their best dishes. Boiled chicken breast with no flavor eaten alone. Yuk! The Plus to this restaurant are big plate portions for the price, and the view is beautiful.
