My stay at Rosa Grand Milano – Starhotels was overall a very positive experience, despite an initial challenge during check-in. I arrived at the hotel after a long flight on December 31st, traveling with my wife and our 6-year-old child. At the reception, I was informed that the room category I had booked only allowed two adults and that my child was not permitted, meaning I would need to upgrade to a higher room category.
This situation caused understandable stress, especially given the long journey, the busy holiday period, and the difficulty of finding alternative accommodation at that time.
What truly made the difference was the exceptional professionalism, kindness, and empathy shown by Ms. Maria Elisa, P Shift Leader. She stepped in, handled the situation calmly and respectfully, and generously upgraded our room at no additional cost. Her thoughtful approach, humility, and genuine care turned a stressful moment into a memorable example of outstanding hospitality.
Thanks to her, we felt truly welcomed and valued as guests. This level of service reflects excellent management and strong customer-focused values.
In addition, the hotel’s location is outstanding, right in the heart of Milan, surrounded by life, shopping, and attractions. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a warm and professional atmosphere from the moment you enter.
I sincerely thank Maria Elisa and the entire Rosa Grand Milano team. Her actions deserve recognition, and they represent the true meaning of hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
