Looks better than it tastes but you can tell when you take a closer look. We would’ve turned away again if we hadn’t been so tired and hungry already. It’s nice that there’s actual tables with seats, most places in Venice seem to only to takeaway. The service was quick and helpful and the price fair but the desserts were too sweet and generally not very nice.

We had ordered some pastries and said we wanted them to go because I didn’t feel like dealing with plates and just wanted to eat on their outside seating. We sat down with the pastries we bought and a server told us we couldn’t site outside DESPITE the fact we bought pastries from their shop. So I said, OK, I’ll order something else to the table. He then proceeded to tell me that I can order something to the table, but I can’t eat the pastries I bought at the table because they were purchased as “to go”. This is the most absurd and wild practice I have ever seen. Do not give this place your business.

Hot “chocolate” was just chocolate pudding that tasted really average. The cookie I ordered was so hard I really couldn’t bite it without dipping it in the chocolate. Tiramisu was super average nothing special. All in all wouldn’t visit again.

Nice selection of cakes. Mine looked a lot nicer than it tasted. Plenty of seating inside, but it took quite a while before anyone came to take our order.

Having a spritz or a coffee and a pastina by the bar is good and affordable, but the waiters here are, unfortunately, pretty rough around the edges. Sometimes it feels as if they try to scare the guests away if they don’t speak Italian.

Only worth for a WC. An absolutely bland cappuccino for 5 euros. I guess it’s the price you must pay if you don’t have change (to use public toilets) and still need to make a use of a WC.

Easily the best Fritelle we had in Venice! Omg the cream was so light and the dough perfectly fried. They were only available one night, went back and they didn’t have them. Nothing else compares!
