I had an amazing experience at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy my meal. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of rich, authentic flavors. Every detail, from the decor to the background music, was thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and pleasant ambiance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, and a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Top tier customer service when we arrived, amazing rooms and facilities including a massive pool, and one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had with an egg station! Exceptional location between the 3 walking streets, very close to amazing restaurants and cheap beer which is always a positive. Would highly recommend for both families and couples, even solo travellers would have a great time!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The room was OK and we were grateful they could change our room last minute due to an injury and could not use "step in bath". A small.issue with ants on both beds,staff were quick to change sheets and spray, but they returned next day. Hot water switch!!! Turn it on before shower!! Buffet breakfast was OK, staff weren't particularly attentive, friendly but didn't clear plates or attempt to engage. Generally hotel is a little run down but nice enough for a short stay. Didn't use pool upstairs. Great location and near some very good restaurants and only 30min walk to citadel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We enjoyed. Good price. Nice swimming pool, good location. Airco working well enough.||The hotel is right next to a street where you can find all the nice restaurants and bars to have a good night out eating and drinking with friends.

Amazing stay! The room was spotless — I could walk around barefoot and not feel a speck of dust. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were perfect. It's in a great location, close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was the best I've had, and I loved that you could grab coffee from Da:Me all day and pizza for dinner! Highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel. Affordable price. Wonderful and helpful staff. In a great location for dining and entertainment. Nearby are tourist attractions and the like. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hue.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable to stay at. The bed is ok too. |The Breakfast is good and it starts early. It gives plenty of time to get ready for the upcoming tour. |The location is central to the city. Lots of walking distance place to eat and drink.

Hotel Rosaleen, is a nice, fun hotel. Nice rooms, clean, delicious breakfast, Western and Vietnamese. The location of the hotel is perfect, many nice eateries. There is a discotheque at the back of the hotel 200 meters, you are not bothered by the music as a guest when sleeping. They have put earplugs next to the bed for the guests. The staff is friendly, service-oriented and very helpful. This hotel is recommended for everyone👌😊 Franky, Holland, Djoser
