Rosaleen Boutique Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was more of a 4-star than a 3-star hotel, I’d say. The service was outstanding - from the staff at the front desk to security to housekeeping to the breakfast restaurant. They asked how the room was, how the food was etc, which showed they cared. I had a room on the “right” side of the hotel - not facing the noisy street and night club. It was spacious and clean and tastefully decorated with multiple lighting options, which I really appreciated, with a slight view of the river. The shower was the highlight for me! Ample hot water on a shower with great water pressure and multiple settings! They have a lovely pool too! And the location was in the heart of walking street with a fabulous selection of restaurants cafés and bars around! One of the best stays I’ve had in Vietnam, by far!

Nice rooms, excellent staff, buffet breakfast included, and a great location. The main problem is the extremely noisy disco across the street. If you want some peace and quiet, make sure to get an even numbered room.

Nice hotel the staff is very welcoming as they are in most Vietnamese hotels. The breakfast buffet is quite generous and the lady cooking. The eggs is very nice. The only complaint is the room is overlooking a loud nightclub so music is playing well into the night which doesn’t make for a good sleep. The bed itself is comfortable.good shower

Not too much to complain about very nice ladies working the front desk the bed was comfortable shower work well rooms are a little sparse but perfectly good enough for sleeping. The breakfast was outstanding as was the staff working in the restaurant might’ve been the best breakfast I’ve had in Vietnam but like other people say if you get a room facing the street you’re gonna hear loud music at night which is pretty annoying and will definitely keep you awake

Loved my stay here at this hotel in Hue. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. In the best location right next to the night life. I could hear music from nearby bars etc but it didn’t bother me as l was too tired and was out like a light. I noticed they had ear plugs but l didn’t need them lol Bonus that the hotel has a great pool to relax and unwind after a hectic day 👌🏼

|Everyone at Rosaleen Boutique Hotel was friendly and welcoming. Julie arranged a wonderful tour to Bach Ma National Park and Jenny and Pear helped with various issues that arose, always with a positive attitude. Wonderful staff, very nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Great service, great room, great atmosphere. Everything is great until you try to sleep and there is a disco facing your room that makes your window vibrate. Most likely a room in the "good side" will make this hotel a perfect place

Great location and room is comfortable. The staff is very helpful. I would like to thank the staff in the lobby for being so helpful with providing me with an asap transportation to Danang, due to change of weather conditions. Also, I want to thank the driver (I don't know his name) for getting me safely to Danang.
