I ordered some bracelets in the sale and was incredibly impressed with the care and personal communication I received when there was a problem locating one of the items . My query was resolved promptly and the staff went above and beyond to locate a replacement item. I was kept informed at every stage and I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely shop to anyone .

A lovely collection....went in there today with a pram after a downpour and the owner was funny about me bringing in the wet wheels on her floor, on leaving there was a small 10p size blob of water, brown from the rain..the owner proceeded to get really snotty about me leaving oil? ! from the pram on her floor. Very unwelcoming shopkeeper...sorry but this snotty behaviour should be addressed. Do not ostracise women with buggies. We were going to come back and buy something too. Im keen to always support local business. But customer service needs to come 1st.
