Rose Garden Hotel Apartments - Bur Dubai

It was not a pleasant experience as It didn't meet my expectations. Breakfast was very limited with no value for money. Very few options and those too are not any good. The swimming pool was not clean and bird feathers were clearly in abundance in the pool. Birds poop was also there near the pool making it a mess further. The reception staff doesn't understand English properly! I called to ask for extra pillows and they sent extra towels. On the plus side: Room was spacious, clean. Location is not far from metro.

You will genuinely feel it.Cleaning ,comfort, services spot on.|Parking facility is good , accessibility is also very convenient.|Brothers who host you Like Mr Qasim, Mr Mubarak, Mr Abdul always greet you with immense smile.|And the Best one out of all Mr Shams at reception. He helped my to get room and prices at times at 11th hour , Hats off.|I availed decoration services for room and they did excellent job Mr Qasim and Mr Abdul great job.

Had an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless and super comfortable. Location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting.

I want to thank the staff for this wonderful experience (specially Obaid and Ranjo). I chose this hotel initially because it was either cheaper or the same cost as other alternatives but, the place was very clean and the room had everything I needed, especially a washing machine (finally!) as well as a microwave, cooking utilities, laundry drying stand and ironing table with an electrical iron. I booked the smallest room they have but its area was more than enough for 1 person with a balcony. the place had pool, sauna and a fairly equipped gym (but I didn't get the chance to try either of them).||The staff showed AMAZING hospitality and politeness. They were very responsive and helpful with all my requests, and they even provide waking up service. ||The Location of the hotel Geographically is not very close to the "touristic" areas of Dubai, but it is very close to Burjuman station which connects to the 2 lines of metro in Dubai. There is a small Indian market and cafe/restaurant within 1 minute walk that is always open and have cheap prices. the closest mall is Burjuman mall which is a big mall that has almost everything.||if I was ever to travel again to Dubai and I didn't necessarily have a reason to stay in another area, then I will definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay here for over 60 days. The hospitality was excellent throughout my stay—staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I was comfortable. The rooms were kept very clean with regular housekeeping, and the breakfast was consistently delicious with good variety. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

we stayed in room no 605, The room was huge, . which made my stay super comfy. And the service was Top-notch, couldn't ask for better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it really felt welcoming. We had such a great time, it was hard to leave. The apartment full furnished with 2 bedroom kitchen hall 2 bath room and one guest bathroom . |I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this place.

I frequently stay here and have generally been satisfied, but recently I’ve experienced some inconvenience. Although my room was upgraded during booking, I was later asked to move my belongings to a studio without prior notice. Management should understand that for long-term guests, unexpected room changes can be quite disruptive.
