Rose Garden Hotel Apartments - Bur Dubai

We had a fabulous time in Dubai largely because of Hotel Garden apartments. The rooms were so large and comfortably furnished that we felt completely at home - instantly on arrival. There was a microwave, washing machine and dryer, iron board and box, fridge, dishwasher, and hairdryer as well as a smart TV with Netflix (your own connection). It was a home away from home! The staff also welcomed us warmly and ensured we had eveything we needed. We were looked after by Kasim, Mubarak, Naushad, Salaam, and Fakhurdin. All of them were extremely hospitable and friendly and made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The location is close to metros, bus stations, several restaurants, and departmental stores. Travel was very easy. Even the Yas Island bus arrived very near the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of delicious muffins, croissants and some Indian varieties for us. Here also, Kasim tried to customize and get us indian vegetarian items. Very grateful for the kind services. Thank you very much! Will definitely recommend to our friends.

The hotel is located in one of the best locations you can ask for. Very close to the Red and Green line metro for comute. 5 minutes walk to the Burjuman Mall and a lot of restaurants to explore. Stayed here for about a month and a half. The service is good. Kasim, Salam Jawad and the rest of the team were very friendly. The cleaning crew were there every day and kept our rooms super clean. Kudos to the entire team for making our stay comfortable.

Feels like I was staying at another hotel that everyone is prasing here))) its terrible. Because 1st of all: there are cockroachs everywhere! I mean it, in Refrigerator!!! I found 2 in just 4 days and cant imagine they eat my food or do their whatever in it! Wardrobes!!!! There are cockroaches on my clothing!!! Terrible very terrible! I put everything in baggages, but Im afraid they are there too! Bathroom and kitchen area is overall normal doe those insects. Bought several bottles of powders and sprays against them, but feels like I will earlier than them. Its really a hell for me as Im not used to such conditions! I cant sleep because the idea of seeing it in bed makes me very anxious. Second is that bad smell of whatever they use to clean the hotel, its also everywhere guys, lobby, elevetaors, corridors… I strongly recommend to think twice before booking it by your own will ( my case is because shuttle bus is nearby and Im waiting for my emurates id to rent a decent apartment witjout cockroaches! 3rd is its very old, better to say ancient hotel witt very old and not comfortable furniture, unnecessary furniture, very unpleasant curtains etc et 4th is some studios dont have balconies! So your laundry will take 2-3 days to dry and also creates a better environment for coackroaches to spread bwcause of humudity! 5th some TVs are not working completely, some are not smart one, so you have to enjoy only arab speaking tv and maximum is France 24 which is in English. Refrigerators are mon 30 years old ans fully worn out with those cockroaches enjpying tgeir life in them! Staff is thougg not that bad, they try to be helpful, but what they can do with cockroaches…. This hotel should be fully pes sanitized and closed for at least 2 weeks! Adding pics of the room - 1 bedroom, as I moved 3 times and non of them with different types helped me to get moral patience

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the amazing staff — their behaviour was awesome, friendly, and very supportive throughout my stay. They made the experience even better with their warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

This is in main with all the facilities near from the hotel. Their Hospitality is very good in terms of maintaining the rooms , immediate support from their staffs especially raghav , mubarak , nausath. , jawad , kasim . Thanks to the entire Team for keeping things effortless being there.

Good apartment with great service offered by staffs. Though breakfast don't have more varieties it is quite affordable stay and Location is at his best. Staffs are quite patient enough to handle the needs and services

It was not a pleasant experience as It didn't meet my expectations. Breakfast was very limited with no value for money. Very few options and those too are not any good. The swimming pool was not clean and bird feathers were clearly in abundance in the pool. Birds poop was also there near the pool making it a mess further. The reception staff doesn't understand English properly! I called to ask for extra pillows and they sent extra towels. On the plus side: Room was spacious, clean. Location is not far from metro.

The staff are incredibly cooperative, the entire place is spotless with a fresh, pleasant scent, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, steps away from main roads, the metro station, supermarkets, and restaurants. Highly recommended 🌟
