ROSE HOTEL KAZANLAK

My private guide made the reservation. The hotel was perfect. They offer free refreshments all day. My room was simple, but very comfortable. They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the square. Half of the terrace was filled with rose bushes. Breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

A very comfortable hotel with super friendly staff. The bathroom in our room was redone with a fantastic shower with multiple settings. Nice breakfast in the morning with cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit and toast.||||The rose balcony is lovely and the little touches (oranges, cherries, chocolates, tea and coffee available all day), really make this a great place to stay.||||Car parking is available out the back for €4 per day. No need to reserve. The staff have lots of information about the Rose Festival, but best to call in advance, not email.||||Only negative was the mattress was a little uncomfortable.

This is a cozy hotel in the center of Kanzalak city. The room was well equiped and very clean. I was pleased to find in my room a free bottle of wine at my arrival. The shower has mineral thermal water which it looks very interesting to me. 👍 The breakfast was decent, you can have free coffee during the day. I stopped here due to the bad weather and bad road condition and I appreciated a lot the kindness of the employees!

The room was clean and nice. The staff were so rude. The breakfast is very basic. When we requested to have a second tea. The staff got angry and told us how much do you want to eat?! When we said that it is advertised as continental breakfast... they got to the argument with us, and eventually called secuirty and threatened to call police for TEA!! Stay away from these people. They ruined our whole trip experience. My child was crying after the whole incident...

The location of the hotel couldn't be more comfortable. Roza is located at the center of the lovely city of Kazanluk. The main eyecatcher for me was the roof top rose garden - adorable, The staff was polite, informative and kind. ||I didn't like the room and the smelly mineral water in the bathroom. Every time a took a shower I had to use tons of rose water to clean away from my body the smell of Sulfur dioxide. The bathroom itself was not clean enough- I saw something left from the previous guest that I wouldn't wanted to know what exactly was. I just made sure that it wont stick to my foot. Disgusting.

My husband and I were very fortunate that we could get accommodation in the Roza Hotel during the Rose Festival in Kazanluk. The roses inside the hotel and on the terrace contributed to the atmosphere of the Rose Festival and did credit to the name of the hotel. Our every need was provided for by the friendly wife and husband owners.We had a comfortable room with a more than adequate breakfast. If you want to attend the popular festival next year, make sure that you book now.

Lovely place. Terrace filled with rose bushes. Staff was so helpful. Complimemtary fresh fruit and drinks all day. Room was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
