Very good coffee. My personal favorite is the mocha..which I have to say is excellent most of the time. Most of the time, because I don't feel like different baristas are trained to make it one specific way. Which is what I want in coffee.. consistency. Luckily, most of the time it's really good. I love their patio..its among the prettiest I've ever been to..people don't seem to use it more for some reason.

Now this place is a vibe. I always look for nice coffee shops to post up and do some work while Traveling. The place is clean and the setup is appropriate for chillaxing. The menu is perfect not many items but all of the right ones. The music selection was AMAZING! Being from the east coast i immediately started feeling the place with the playlist. THUMBS zip for whomever makes this because this was EVERYTHING. It’s perfect for coffee shop and has some soul in it. Highly recommend to stop in. Great vibes all the way.

I didn't personally enjoy their espresso or biscuit but it's in a convenient location and there's lots of seating. The barista had an attitude and there was really, really loud techno music playing in the background which made it really hard to focus on my work. Overall there's way better coffee spots close by.

I absolutely appreciate the fantastic customer service. As soon as I came in, the young man greeted me. He then continued with great conversation.

Coffee is very okay. I have been 3 times, ordered the same thing (quad shot espresso) from 3 different people. The quantity and taste was different everytime. This most recent time, I get handed a cup that was very clearly no more than a double. I remind her again it's a quad and she's adamant that it is a quad. Not having the time to argue, I took it and left. If I was shorted a couple shots, whatever. Could have been a one off but it also, tasted terrible. Pretty acidic with a nice bitter after taste. Needs to work on puck prep and dosing. The only thing that saves this place is two things, the miso latte and the fact their the only ones open before 7 that's not starbucks.

The caramel miso latte iced and the ratatouille pastry were chef's kiss. I'm still thinking about the caramel miso latte and I'm not even a coffee drinker like that

I was at a conference in LB and found this wonderful local coffee shop. The menu was simple but had good choices. We tried the ice coffee and latte. The staff was friendly and they provided fast service. Rose Park is such a cute and lovely coffee shop.

First time in California and Long Beach area. Rose Park was my first choice of coffee shop when I look for one, and it didn’t disappoint! Their coffee is simply outstanding—smooth, rich, and perfectly made! The outdoor seating is especially nice for soaking up some fresh air while enjoying a great cup of coffee!

Rose Park Roasters is a great place for high quality coffee beans! Their coffee is delicious, and I particularly like getting basic drinks like an Americano or a plain latte. The Maple Lavender Latte is really good, but to me, it tastes best with regular milk instead of almond milk. This location gets really busy in the mornings with locals and loads of tourists as well. They do have some indoor seating and some outdoors courtyard seating.

The Latte was phenomenal. Creamy and the espresso was a great intensity without being bitter. The foam art on the top was definitely the cake topper. Only thing that had me though was that this little local spot could have been so much better with some planning. There was a ton of empty space that made it lack the character that I know this spot could have. I'll be back soon for the latte.

Beautiful open air spot they have going on. I like the patio and other open space. Downtown so you know parking is already bad. Staff was sweet and drinks came out quickly. Caramel miso latte - more savory than sweet, not for me but I'm glad I tried. Maple lavender latte - Neither flavor is very strong. This is more of a neutral latte Didn't get a chance to try pastries but they looked very promising.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Long Beach!! The coffee is very good and tasty!!' The perfect shot of espresso!!! The service is a little slow, they do need one more person! The ambiance is very nice too with some people enjoying their coffee at the restaurant, while others wait in line for their delicious coffee!!

What a great coffee shop! Quality ingredients and unique flavors! Randomly stopped by without any prior knowledge of this shop. They instantly had me with the maple lavender latte! Wow what a treat!. I also got a flight of coffee, what an amazing idea is this?? My husband and I shared a flight and was able to try a little of everything! I absolutely love this idea! They have a great outdoor seating area as well as a couple seats inside. My service was great. My only complaint was the lack of pastries and/or snacks. I was hoping to get several food items but pretty much only got cookies and a basic biscuit. The cookies however are delicious. Very impressive overall

Went in and got two lattes the other day. Coffees were small, lukewarm, and tasted horrible. Way too overpriced for gross coffee.

I was too far from the coffee shop to return. The iced vanilla latte was unpleasant and tasted expired. I noticed black residue at the bottom, suggesting the beans weren't blended properly. I'm very disappointed with this place; the coffee's taste lingers in a bad way.

not sure about the coffee, but do not get your matcha here! i ordered a maple lavender matcha, and you can see in the photo the matcha powder is already starting to settle because it wasn't properly incorporated into the drink. the drink itself tasted very watery, so overall a disappointing experience. however, the place does have a nice vibe for getting work done with both indoor and outdoor seating and wifi available!

Delicious scones and awesome coffee! Handy to walk from our hotel,Marriott Courtyard,took less than 5 minutes. The apple caramel scone is insane,so good.

The staff here are so friendly and the spot is really cute with a very nice courtyard to hang out at on a nice day! The staff is very attentive to answering questions about the drinks or beans that are around and they just feel like they've been your friends for ages. The person with the tattoo on the side of his head was super helpful when I met them and helped me out with my latte and my boyfriend with his beans and pour over. Can't wait to go back!

Such a cute spot. I was pet sitting and discovered this spot on my morning walk. They have a cute little outdoor space where you can hang out with your pet. Nice people here. I bumped into some Canadian tennis pros here from Montreal. At this point I think I've tried all their scones, which are delicious and savory!

I am a Cappuccino aficionado - and it is so difficult to find a right place in California where they serve the real deal - it is always half way to a Latte - and it drives me nut! Guess what - this place their Cappuccino is the real deal at 99% - cannot complain! The service is impeccable (all baristas). The biggest smile in town and so welcoming. Particularly one cashier (no name tag) - a young and stunningly beautiful young Lady, probably South East Asian! A Little secret: she is now a fan of Gianni Versace Perfume! When standing in line - I could see that most guests are regulars. Only downer - not enough space inside, but when the weather is good you have a big Patio. Thank You for making my day - happy that I live across the Street! Street Park: you and your luck! A bientot!

Yummy coffee and relaxing vibe. Great brewed coffee here and plenty of real estate indoors and outdoors to enjoy your freshly brewed coffee. They also have to go cold drinks, such as kombucha, cold brews, and cold pressed jars. They also have pastries that you can enjoy with your delicious coffee. This place is easy to find on the corner of the street. Parking can be tight so be patient. There are nondairy options I used in my delicious maple lavender.

This cute coffee shop was connected to the apartment we were staying at over the weekend. We ordered a latte and a mocha and they were delicious. Thank you!

Found this place next to our hotel. Always on the hunt for a coffee shop when traveling & they did not disappoint. Latte flavors were unique. I tried the carmel miso latte. It was subtly carmel with huge umami flavor. God, it was so good. I also did a biscuit with the blueberry compote. All coffee shops should offer fresh biscuits with berry compotes! They were a little busy when I got there, but the moved quickly & they were friendly. The shop itself was so cute. Minimal, but unique & a wonderful little garden patio. This will be a staple spot for visiting DTLBC!

I would love to recommend such a wonderful gem of a place! Take my word for it and visit this place asap. Great service! Wonderful ambiance and tasty lattes! Clean and welcoming! 10/10 they also keep their "ice crushed" ;)

Cute little coffee shop tucked in. Available seating outside if you need a table. They sell their own beans. Limited menu but tasty! Love their flight options to mix things up a bit

You can have a savory morning and come here but with just a coffee and a little side piece...a scone that is. The unspoken gay rule is that we only drink iced coffee. It was a foggy Long Beach morning so I broke the rules but don't tell anybody. I ordered the miso latte extra hot and wow, super delicious! If you like salted caramel and that salty flavor then you'd love this! I'd say maybe the iced version would be better so it waters down the flavor towards the end because that little bit of umami is there. The scone was fresh and the perfect companion. The people who worked there are super friendly! Can't beat a window seat and some jazz music. Prices are reasonable!

We've been coming here for many years. The coffee has always been fabulous and their pastries continue to get better. They've also offered more pastry variety over the years. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, on our past two visits we've been handled drinks that aren't full. $8 for a not full cup is :/. Even if you just put more ice in there, I want to feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

Cute hidden coffee shop that is surprisingly big with a lovely outside sitting area! There's even another smaller room with more tables. The building is shared with an apartment complex and another cafe. Pleasantly surprised by all the options! The miso caramel latte really caught my eye, but decided to play it safe with the usual iced matcha latte. Their lavender syrup is super yummy and I loved the addition of the orange zest! Super friendly staff and tasty basked goods. Ended up getting a herb scone and it was very yummy, buttery and flavorful. Around the front they sell coffee beans, house made jams, and kombucha. Definitely stopping by next time in Long Beach!

Coffee was AMAZING! I ordered the Mocha Latte (added cinnamon and less sweet) PERFECTION! My friend ordered the maple lavender latte and she too said the coffee was A1. Definitely can see myself coming back for coffee again!

One of the best cappuccinos I've had! We also loved the orange cranberry scone & banana nut bread.

Stopped by on a couple of occasions passing by since I work nearby. I've never tried the food because It's very hot inside and both times I stopped by there were flies inside the pastry box, therefore I don't trust the food safety here. Both coffee I've gotten have just been ordinary but the price is quite high for what you get. The service has been good and there's a nice outdoor patio that's also dog friendly.

Popped in Friday morning. First time ever. Nice sunny location on Ocean with an outdoor patio. Offers coffee and tea and baked goods. My cappuccino was smooth, delicious and beautiful!

I visited this location two days in a row (Friday and Saturday). Among drinks, I tried the cold brew and nitro iced coffee. I also tried the orange thyme scone on Friday. By the time I got there on Saturday (around 11am), there were barely any pastries left. I should have gotten the cold brew with light ice; it was a bit watered down for my taste. The nitro iced coffee was a pleasant drink to try. There was a layer of foam on top that made the overall drink really smooth, as if there was milk. I wish I tried a classic black drip, but it was simply too hot out for a hot coffee. The staff was super nice and patient with my indecisiveness and offered to warm up my scone. They were also swamped on Saturday and I appreciate that they were transparent about the wait (I had also ordered at latte so that took a moment to make but my nitro iced coffee was ready immediately after ordering). If I were to visit the area again, I would definitely stop by. It looks like a nice place to do some work or chat, or just enjoy the weather with both indoor and outdoor seating.

Got a cappuccino, the indoor seating was nice and clean, pretty bright. The barista is friendly and nice.

The coffee was great! Perfectly poured almond milk (which is made in house) cappuccino with right amount of milk to foam ratio. Don't skip the bakery case, the chocolate chip cookie with sea salt - AMAZING!! Service was friendly and fast. The ambiance and vibe of this place is totally somewhere you can bring a laptop and work or spend an afternoon talking with a friend. Lovely little patio to the side for warm days. If you're in the Long Beach area, please stop on by!

Great place for coffee, treats, & quiet alone time. Do not go with a group. We are a local run club and often go for coffee after our runs. We normally go to the one on 4th street and have enjoyable experiences there. The service was cold and not friendly from the moment we got there. This morning it was cold so we sat inside We were pleased with the mint agave matcha and vanilla espressos. The pistachio cranberry scone was my favorite. The biscuit and homemade jelly was comforting . We were having a great time laughing and we were asked to be quit. I asked her if we should go outside? She said, no. It really killed the vibe. Unfortunately as good as the tea and treats where the service left a sour impression on all of us and we will be exploring other coffee shops after runs.

Baristas were great but above all the coffee was incredible. Beautiful little spot and easy to walk to from our Hotel.

The perfect spot for a quick coffee in LB! Some of the chillest workers I've ever met at a coffee shop. Fast service, patience, and open to sharing recommendations. The outdoor patio had such a tranquil vibe right by the water yet tucked away with a ton of greenery Order: Got the iced cold brew with oatmilk and vanilla sweetener and it had the perfect smooth flavor with a subtle bitterness balanced out by the sweetness Con: The layout of the store was the opposite of intuitive since the menu is right at the entrance, but you have to walk around the entire counter to order at which point the menu is out of view

The iced mocha latte tasted like chocolate milk and I loved it. The outdoor seating area would be a lovely spot to yap on a sunny day.

Stopped by on our way to the LB pride parade for a quick cup of coffee and a pastry on a Sunday morning. I ordered a Sweet Latte and a slice of the Chocolate Olive Oil bread. My husband ordered a regular cup of coffee, Guatemalan roast, and a lavender scone. I really enjoyed my latte and the slice of bread was sooo soft and moist - AND gluten free! I was very happy with my choice. My husband also liked his coffee and his scone was on the sweeter side and more floral. Ambiance was cute and cozy and they have outdoor seating available. I definitely want to come back to check out the other lattes on their menu and their tea.

Rose Park Roasters is a good quality coffee shop with good pastries to compliment. Recommend trying if you're in the area. We enjoyed :)

I've been to Rose Park a few times and their coffee is pretty good. The specialty drinks are a little on the expensive side but that's to be expected in downtown Long Beach. They have indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio with lots of seating.

I got a Root and Herb latte it wasn't too sweet or strong with the herbs. It was delightful. I also got a vegan chorizo empanada which was very enjoyable. I'll be going back tomorrow ha! I took it to go.

Came here ten minutes before closing, and they were closed already. I was looking for to a quick pick me up and disappointed that they closed before the scheduled time. Definitely won't me back.

The Maple Lavander latte with hemp milk is a winner! CUSTOMER SERVICE gets 2 stars-- specifically because the tall black man and young white girl with short hair ... both extremely passive aggressive and not genuinely friendly the two times we went. These two lack verbal and eye engagement, no welcoming attitude and lukewarm service ... Last time I was there was Aug 10th around 930a with two of my friends--which were first timers, the same two were behind the counter when my husband and I also came in two days prior... ordered my fav and provided my friends the same reco. Granted we could've ordered separately rather than all of us putting in our orders at one time but since it was just one payment... we didn't think the order was too complicated: TWO reg size and ONE small size... all hot with hemp milk. One reg had an extra shot. When the order came it was TWO small and one large. I smiled at the gentleman and said we ordered TWO regular and one small, immediately he got defensive and said 'I took your order and you were right there when I repeated it'. Not sure where the disconnect was. I didn't say anything. As the coffees were ready, I asked the young lady (with short hair) is one of the regular ones have an extra shot? and she sarcastically replied 'just as you ordered'. They had the same stank face the previous day when we came. My husband reminded me that every time he comes in, the black guy is passively friendly to him while genuinely friendly to other customers. The baristas at their 7th street location are much friendlier.

Great spot for coffee, tea and baked goods near the LB Convention Center. It's about a 10 minute walk from the CC and way better than the Starbucks that is across the steeet. I visited twice during my time in LB, the coffee was delicious. Also had a biscuit on my second day and it was great. They also have a wide selection of whole bean coffee to make at home. I have 2lbs in my carry on ready to make the trip home

Excellent service! Considerate of your substitute requests and coffee is rich. Backside patio is a sweet area to converse for a meeting or friend meetup. Highly recommend will return again!

I came here twice and got a Cold Brew & later an Iced Vanilla Latte with almond milk. Both were great (I'm not super picky when it comes to flavor). This place is located close to the water on Ocean Blvd. around lots of shops and hotels so the views are pretty nice. Service is good & they are self serve when it comes to lids/straws, cream, sugar, etc. which is not a problem for me! Barista was more than willing to give me a cup of sugar to add to my cold brew when asked. Overall, great cafe find in LB!

Delicious coffee and cold brew, made with lots of care, the cookie is well super soft and the chocolate cake was nice and fluffy! Will come back again

Our favorite coffee spot , they make some of the best flat white I've ever had. Which is hard to do, need some real barista skills to get it right. The morning crew is great. My girlfriend's favorite barista works most mornings I don't know his name but he's great. Also , barista im the afternoon is our 2nd favorite we also don't know his name. But some of the best coffee beans and coffee at Rose.

Excellent coffee shop with a lot of great seating and some really awesome baristas. Highly recommend to anyone wanting some great coffee in a cool atmosphere.

First time in this spicy location. Excellent coffee as always. Wish they had more indoor seating in this location though.

Heard about this place from some friends last night. Really glad I came here. The ambiance was also very nice; it was very clean and quiet. The barista was super helpful because I really wanted chai but he recommended I get a regular coffee since that's what they specialize in. I ended up getting a sweet latte, which I would give four out of five stars. It was really good but nothing mind blowing. However, the dark chocolate olive oil tea cake was super good. The texture honestly kind of caught me off guard because it was very soft and wet, but I loved that. I also felt like it was the perfect amount of sweetness. The banana bread was also really good and moist. Would definitely come back again when I'm in the area - especially for the chocolate cake.
