Jennifer made the most beautiful bridal bouquet for myself and bridesmaid bouquets for my girls. We chatted briefly about my vision, favorite flowers and used my inspiration photos to create such stunning arrangements that perfectly matched my color scheme and vision. Everything was very timely, and the staff at Rosemary and Pepper are very professional. Jennifer is so sweet. She even delivered a few dozen peach roses she had sitting at the shop she thought would go perfectly at my wedding! I could not recommend this florist enough!

Ordered an arrangement for Boss's Day. As soon as they realized they didn't have the vase we requested, they called us. Instead of just picking something out for us, they gave us all of our options and let us decide! Great customer service, and the flowers are absolutely beautiful!

WOW! These folks are amazing. As only a part time resident in Gaylord I had gotten into town and needed some flowers for a birthday. They were able to put together a beautiful arrangement in an hour; not that they weren’t a little busy already since it was homecoming weekend!! Showed them a pic of what I was looking for and they nailed it! This is the only florist I will use and highly recommend them. Their product is great but their service and care for the customer goes above and beyond. THANK YOU ALL for working your magic!

I ordered our bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, as well as our corsages and boutonnieres from Rosemary & Pepper. Jennifer and I went over my vision and I emailed photos of what I was looking for and they made my vision come to life. The bouquets looked exactly how I wanted them too. They were delivered on time and in good condition. They were easy to get a hold of when I had questions or concerns. We were very happy with our flowers for our wedding day!!

I ordered a large funeral spray from Rosemary & Pepper Flower Co.'s website for my grandmother's funeral. What was delivered looked like a 25 dollar bouquet bought from a grocery store. I am MORTIFIED, ABSOLUTELY MORTIFIED, that this was delivered in my name. It looked NOTHING like the sample shown. I acknowledge an exact replica of what was ordered may not be possible but what was delivered is not of equivalent size or floral substitutions. I spent near $200 dollars (including tip) on what looks like a birthday bouquet! I am so thankful a family member took a photo of the flowers and sent it to me. I've added what was ordered from Rosemary & Pepper's very own website and what was delivered in its place so everyone can see the difference.

I realize Valentine's Day is a big day for florists however; when my husband came in on February 13th and ordered my flowers, paid and was assured they would be delivered by noon, it was quite a disappointment that they didn't arrive until 5:57 pm! A simple phone call to him on the status of the delivery time would've been nice. He's not one to research reviews online, but, hopefully, others will. In my humble opinion.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I was recently the maid of honor in a wedding, and the bride chose Rosemary and Pepper for her wedding. We were disappointed in the quality of the flowers we received (especially the bridal bouquet, undoubtedly the most important part of our order), but we were even more upset with the customer service provided. As of now we have contacted them for a refund solely for the part of our order that had been missing, and although we got a response back saying it would be sent over, nothing of the sort has happened yet. To put it simply, the bouquet was a far cry from our inspiration pictures, we were missing a boutonnière (and then told that WE were wrong about the number ordered? Thank god for receipts), and our cake flowers, which were supposed to be large roses, showed up in the form of small flowers tucked into the bouquet and looked like filler. Such a disappointing experience. We have given them a month and a half now to make things right through email, and not a single effort has been made.

Fake Real Business? I looked up this business, and it took me to a home, where there was no sign or no store front. Its a false advertisement and honestly it seems to me it looks like a true scam. Sad to say but DONT order online from this shop and dont believe the website.

I rarely leave reviews but felt this was more than warranted!!!! THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! They didn't call to inform pick up was ready Friday when it was supposed to be as requested (due to issues in the past being ready 2 hours late and having to wait from 9am when they were supposed to be ready and not ready until 11am) then proceeded to call at 7:30 in the morning on SATURDAY a DAY LATE and tell me I didn't pick them up and demanded I pick them up! (Which I can't due to being out of town not to mention it's the weekend) i was also told it wasn't there responsibility to call when it was done even tho it's an out of state order REFERRED BY ME and a favor to even be picking it up and they said they wud call when they were done. When I brought that to the rude woman's attention she yelled at me "your being rude which I wasn't I was just stating the facts and pointing out there over site. I will never go back there or refer them and I have ordered many arrangements, all the Corsages boutonnières for 6 kids and all there school functions as well as bought many plants from the store but they said they "didn't care if I used there business" so will never go back and advice other ppl not to as well unless u want bad service and to be talked to like a child when they don't want to admit there oversite! Very frustrating as the arrangement is for a 89 year old womens birthday from her son out of state she hasn't seen since pre Covid!! Absolutely disgusted w the treatment and lake of care!!!

i was in need of some last minute flowers for my moms birthday. i ordered through the website and scheduled the delivery. the conformation email came, i paid and it was all good ! i called about a half hour after i placed the order and finding out my mom was leaving the state that afternoon to see if they had a rough estimate of a delivery time. the lady i spoke with told me they weren't doing deliveries that day because their vehicle was broke down. ok fine... i was upset because i scheduled this online thinking it would be delivered as a surprise to my mom for her birthday. no one had called to let me know and the website didn't say anything about not doing deliveries that day due to vehicle issues. the lady let me come pick up my arrangement which looked really nice. as i got home i realized i paid a delivery fee online. i called and the lady claimed she out extra flowers in my bouquet. i was then upset about that because she never said anything when i picked them up, she never asked me if she could add more and she definitely didn't add more because the bouquet didn't even match the bouquet image online. i purchased a standard size and i understand imagine sizing online and sizing in person are different but it was so beyond obvious there was nothing extra what so ever. it's disappointing because i really enjoyed the flowers and they made my mom so happy but the process of this and the end result is definitely something i don't recommend.
