I ordered two sandwiches with extra bacon, which cost 42k just for the extra portion. Only one sandwich actually had the extra bacon — mine had just a single tiny piece, as shown in the picture. That clearly does not justify the 42k charge.
I contacted the restaurant and even sent them a video, but they insisted they had added the correct amount. Not a single apology was offered.
They even sent me a video from their kitchen, but it doesn’t actually show bacon being added to my sandwich — just vague footage that proves nothing. At first, they said they would refund 50% of the bill, then changed it to 100%, which made sense since it was clearly their mistake. But in the end, they claimed they couldn’t do the transfer, so I never received any refund.
Honestly, at some point it wasn’t even about the money anymore — it was the lack of accountability, poor communication, and refusal to simply admit a mistake that made this experience so frustrating.
Reading other negative reviews, I noticed a pattern: they always say they “check the cameras” but never actually take responsibility or make things right.
Terrible customer service. Safe to say this was my last order with them.
