Rosemont Guest Suites

Stayed here a couple times for business. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are solid, surroundings are nice, and location is fantastic... easy ten-minute walk to downtown Hamilton. Rosemont Ave can be a bit scary to walk on as it's narrow with no sidewalk, but you're not on there for long. I routinely saw people do it. Oh, and they offer a quite significant volume discount for longer stays.

I travel a lot, and first time in bermuda. And I must say.. the hotel was fantastic! But what brought this hotel to the top out of all the others I've been to?... was Holly! Most personable and accommodating help I've received! Bermuda will be one of my overall destinations with this hotel! Planning my next trip back and hoping to stay longer!

A fabulous two week stay, that really made our vacation the best!|Excellent service, rooms kept clean , very kind and helpful staff, perfect location for us being able to walk to Hamilton, and nearby restaurants etc. as well as having a self catering kitchen facility in our suite. The beds were extremely comfortable as well.|high recommend for couples, business trips or families.

We stayed here recently on 2 occasions and found staff and owner super helpful. In a flight issue situation Neal the owner was very kind and gave us an absolutely wonderful room when we had been stressed, which made such a positive difference to us. Thank you again ! |Close to centre and amazing views and affordable prices by Bermuda standards.|Great comfy beds too. And also very helpful in allowing late checkouts.

I visited Bermuda for a fishing trip and stayed at the Rosemont Guest Suites for a couple days. I had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and customer-oriented. Any questions or recommendations I asked, they were quick in responses and super helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I stayed in one of the pool suites. My room had a lovely view, comfortable amenities, and daily housekeeping. The room is stocked with coffee but downstairs also has coffee and pastries. The pool is well cared for with towels available for use. The hotel is also in a great location; you are able to walk to restaurants and shops and are a quick taxi ride to activities. I would stay here again!

I stayed at the Rosemont for 3 months while on a work assignment, and I would definitely recommend it as a consistent, safe, convenient, and more affordable option in Bermuda. My room was comfortable and clean, if a little shabby/outdated. The utensils in the kitchen were a little sparse, but if I ever needed anything (i.e., a wine opener, an extension cord), the staff was quick and happy to provide it. |In general, the staff was very friendly and helpful - from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. The yogurt, coffee, and little chocolate croissants at breakfast were a favorite; I went almost every day! The staff was also really great about keeping the coffee brewing throughout the breakfast period.|I also happened to be at the Rosemont during a hurricane (August 2024). While thankfully the storm ended up being a less catastrophic category 1, the staff at the Rosemont (as well as the rest of Bermuda!) prepared in the days ahead but did not create chaos or panic. The day before the storm was supposed to make landfall, the Rosemont issued a letter to every hotel guest, with FAQ's about what to expect, how to prepare, and actions to take (or not take) during the storm (i.e., don't open doors or windows). I was very impressed with how proactive yet calm the Rosemont was in the face of the impending storm. As a guest staying there, it really helped put me at ease and I felt more prepared.|Overall, I recommend the Rosemont and would definitely stay there again. It is not the newest, fanciest, resort in Bermuda, and the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. But the property is well-landscaped, the pool area and balcony is gorgeous, and the staff do a great job of taking care of any issues.

Excellent and affordable hotel in a great neighborhood of Hamilton. Our room had a lovely view and balcony. The mattress was new and the room updated. The pool was spotlessly clean and the outdoor areas were very inviting. The owner lives on the property and is doing a great job of updating.

Rosemont Guest Suites: My sister & I spent the best 3 nights of our life at the Rosemont suites on a very beautiful quiet side street in Hamilton Bermuda. The location was close to everything we wished to see. The cleanliness of the accommodations including the pool were superior. We consider the Rosemont, ‘Our place’ in Hamilton from now on. We will return there asap.
