The Roset Hotel & Residence surpassed our expectations. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and a short walk to Eurovea Shopping Centre (where our film was screening) and the Old Town, where we found many restaurants, pubs, and cafes. It's an easy walk to the Danube (magical) and public transportation is right outside. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and available 24-7. The breakfast (included) included choices to suit many preferences - and delicious coffee :) If we find ourselves in Bratislava again, we will definitely be staying again!! Thank you for a lovely visit.

We booked an executive suite which on the website shows a beautiful spacious room with 4 ceiling high windows, lovely. On arrival we were shown to our room which had an internal seating area (with internal netted window onto the corridor) which led onto a ‘standard size’ sleeping area which the 2 windows. Very different to the deluxe room photo. The receptionist kindly upgraded us to a a corner, deluxe suite, which happened to be available as the hotel was only 60% full. Otherwise this would have been a 2 star rating. The receptionist said only one executive suite looked like the photo, the others all had the internal sitting area. This is not an acceptable way to advertise your rooms. Note to management; always good to under promise and over deliver, not the other way around! But staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Great location, there was a rumbling of trams but we slept well and everything was in walking distance.

Great location, within walking distance to nearly everything you'd want to see. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful as were the people at breakfast. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Roset Hotel with our family. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection each morning was fantastic—plenty of fresh, delicious options for everyone. Parking was also very convenient, just steps from the hotel. What truly stood out, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff—they made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. While there was some street noise, it’s expected given the central location, and everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommended.

Roset hotel is located within walking distance to the mall, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafes, buses, tram. The rooms are spacious, clean, stayed in the executive suite. TV in living area and one in the bedroom. Daily housekeeping. Elevators, WIFI, 24 hr front desk staff. Breakfast buffet. Bed not comfortable. The couch was very comfortable. |PROS|Located in the city center|||CONS:|1. Paid parking across the street 20 euros per day. Can be confusing to get to initially.|2. No help with luggage|3. Breakfast buffet could have more options.|4. The tram runs in front of the hotel, the noise| could bother some guests |5. Staff we encountered during check in was | not welcoming. First impression was not| good. |6 . The bathtub is high and you have to be| careful climbing in and out. |||Overall experience was 8/10 . Location is a plus. Staff was kind enough to give us umbrellas to use when it was raining.

We stayed for one night and honestly have no suggestions for improvement. The rooms are spacious and incredibly clean. The breakfast was delicious, the location is close to the city center, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!

The location is great. The staff is more than friendly. The breakfast is a bit below average considering food selection but overall ok. They gave us room without balcony even though we asked for a room with balcony. The problem was solved the next day but we expected that this mistake would be somehow compensated which did not happen. And the balcony is very small. The room (suite) it self was beautiful.

As other reviewers have noted: excellent location, within walking distance to nearly everything you'd want to see, especially close to the Blue Church and an easy walk to the Danube. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. The staff was friendly. And the room was wonderfully spacious and comfortable. We would definitely return.
