Very nice hotel, but you would expect more for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel is very well located, right next to the old town and it offers big, huge rooms, and free parking, which is certainly excellent. Staff was nice and helpful.
The problem is that eventhough yes, they're huge, the rooms are a bit austere and sparse, they lack coziness and a welcoming touch. Trust me, they look better on the photos than they are in reality.
The hotel has no restaurant, no room service, no bar to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Not even a simple lounge where you can sit and read. So it would be a great 3-star hotel, but a poor 4-star one.
I mean, if you compare it to the Loft or the Carlton, both 4-star hotels as well and a just a bit more expensive, it's not even close.
We went there for our wedding anniversary and we were expecting more services and a bit more charm. I mean, we didn't even get a basic "congratulations" card on the room that most other hotels would give you when you're celebrating something.
Breakfast was nice, but nothing special, but it was offered during 3 hours, which was very convenient.
So, if you don't have great expectations, a wonderful hotel with very very spacious rooms and nice staff. If you're looking for a special place, perhaps not your best choice.
