As other reviewers have noted: excellent location, within walking distance to nearly everything you'd want to see, especially close to the Blue Church and as easy walk to the Danube. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. The staff was friendly. And the room was wonderfully spacious and comfortable. We would definitely return.

Clean, spacious, and sophisticated rooms in a great location for walking to the sights. Lovely breakfast and cappuccino every morning. The service was friendly and respectful. Great value overall, even without the luxury service that can be found at other hotels. The street noise is present, but did not bother us at night or wake us up. Appreciated the smart TV that we could Cast to with our devices and watch content "from home".

Fantastic hotel in a great location, very close to the main square. Staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel room itself was incredible, very large, comfortable bed, all the amenities you could want. Breakfast was divine, fresh and a good variety of different foods. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, but you would expect more for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is very well located, right next to the old town and it offers big, huge rooms, and free parking, which is certainly excellent. Staff was nice and helpful. The problem is that eventhough yes, they're huge, the rooms are a bit austere and sparse, they lack coziness and a welcoming touch. Trust me, they look better on the photos than they are in reality. The hotel has no restaurant, no room service, no bar to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Not even a simple lounge where you can sit and read. So it would be a great 3-star hotel, but a poor 4-star one. I mean, if you compare it to the Loft or the Carlton, both 4-star hotels as well and a just a bit more expensive, it's not even close. We went there for our wedding anniversary and we were expecting more services and a bit more charm. I mean, we didn't even get a basic "congratulations" card on the room that most other hotels would give you when you're celebrating something. Breakfast was nice, but nothing special, but it was offered during 3 hours, which was very convenient. So, if you don't have great expectations, a wonderful hotel with very very spacious rooms and nice staff. If you're looking for a special place, perhaps not your best choice.

Amazing hotel, very clean I stayed with a baby and they lift a coloring book, baby shampoo and baby soap as a gift for my baby. The breakfast was delicious, amazing coffe and they had baby plates and a game that my little one enjoyed a lot.

Great hotel! Located in the centre, with spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The double room is like a suite, with big seating area and large bathroom. Breakfast is really tasty, offering a variety sweet and savoury buffet with hot and cold food. Staff are friendly and helpful! The hotel is also reasonably priced (based on stay in September 2024).

Great hotel, lovely large & clean rooms. Staff very friendly. We were on the 3rd floor & were woken up by the trams early in the morning - so bring ear plus. Breakfast was excellent, although a few flies which were a nuisance & landed in the food.
