I will say up front, we didn't stay there. My review is on their lack of customer service. I tried making reservation for two rooms for two nights for two people. It took me to outside places to make the reservation, and when I indicated I needed two rooms/two nights/two people, what came up was two people for two nights, but didn't indicate two rooms. I called them several times. No one ever answered the phone. I finally left a message. A lady called me back while I was driving, and I wasn't sure of the dates I needed without my paperwork (we are planning things for a total of two weeks). She said she'd call me back in a couple of days. Of course, no one called me back. If you call them back, all you get is voicemail. If this is how bad your customer service is, I don't want to bother staying there. Since we're going to Elmira the day after we spend time in Corning, I reserved two nights with Kitty at the Enchanted Cottage. She was delightful, answered her phone, texted me later to thank me for deciding to stay there, and we will get the whole house to ourselves for the time we're there.
