Safety & Location Concerns: The property is adjacent to an alleyway that has become a hotspot for undesirable characters. Large encampments on Santa Monica and Charleville Blvds block sidewalks, and with two nearby METRO stations coming soon, security is a major concern—yet the front desk and morning-shift staff are virtually nonexistent. Toxic Management Culture: Property management is chaotic and unprofessional. There is a hostile work environment where experienced staff are mistreated or dismissed without cause, leading to high turnover and substandard service for residents paying high premiums. Verdict: A beautiful building cannot compensate for structural negligence and a toxic operational culture. Until ownership hires competent management that respects staff and addresses these building-wide leaks, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for luxury real estate.
