Yelp
Rosie La Loca is the result of someone saying "how can make tapas fun, funky, and slightly fairytalish". They achieved their vision . There is no moment, from first site through meal completion, that you are in a different concept. A sprite is the hostess, there is pink neon and pink flowers everywhere, the serving dishes are mermaids and octopus and other themes, the music transitions from EDM to American pop house music. This is the coolest and most unique place I've eaten in Madrid.
The tapas are a unique take on traditional tapas, with the added element of spice. We tasted spicy hot, garlic, and other flavors that aren't as common at.other places. The Sangria was fantastic with fresh cut fruit galore.
For seating there are several tables outside, several tables directly inside, and if you go down the rabbit hole there are more tables in the basement.
They were very busy when we arrived but the spritely hostess found us a place quickly. They do take reservations so that would be the safest bet if you have a limited time tomtry them while in Madrid.
Finally, they are connected to all modern forms of smart phone connectivity. They give you a token when you are seated with a 2D barcode for the menu and the wifi password. Within the menu there are multiple connections to Facebook, Insta, etc. They are hooked up!
We had a great time and will certainly visit there again.
Rabbit hole is downstairs.
