Roslyn Pharmacy

Edit: After years of being with this pharmacy, I sadly have to change. I don't feel valued as a customer anymore, and I feel like it has lost the positivity a bit. Everyone seems a bit more rushed and impatient as well as lacking poor customer service skills. Based on this, I no longer recommend Roslyn Pharmacy.

Came to get a regular prescription from here for a good amount of years will be honest was mostly a smooth and friendly experience, but to say the least don't know what happened the last 6 months ish dealt with this pharmacy workers changed and felt the customer service was almost a joke and was being made to wait almost 30 minutes for a prescription that was meant to be ready that same day, hence the 1 star just based off ending up feeling disrespected by this pharmacy in the last era of dealing with it and that's just how I feel so I'm giving an honest review here as an ex customer cheers!

Very knowledgeable staff easy answer questions about medications and over the counter medications great staff

Roslyn pharmacy is amazing. The staff are so friendly and inviting. They will respect your privacy and ask if you would like to speak about your needs in a private room. Whenever I phone, it is usually Andrew who answers and he is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Roslyn Pharmacy to all :-)

Best pharmacy in Dunedin. Staff are the best. Nothing is a problem.
