Ross Beach TOP10 Holiday Park

Fantastic little spot. Our container accommodation was fantastic, with a private sundeck and bar-b-que. The room was comfy and had everything we needed including a great ensuite. The hosts were lovely and to top it off the garden minibar & pizzas just made the stay even more enjoyable. Our regret was we only stayed 1 night .

Just stayed here after Labour Day weekend and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in one of the large dome tents with some torrential rain and awful weather but inside the dome was heavenly. It was surprisingly quiet considering the heavy rain. Walking inside the dome initially I was blown away. The triangle windows with the forest view and the interior design and layout was absolutely stunning. We were really glad we decided to go to the accommodation early ish so we were able to spend more time there. The whole ambience was lovely. The layout was well thought out and tasteful design felt like a private dreamy romantic getaway. The kitchen was well supplied and everything was very modern, with floor lighting to bathroom mirror lighting to usb-c wall charging ports. We're stoked we chose this site to stay in, only sad part was we were only there one night! Thanks Sue & Andy. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and effort placed into the design of the dome and the vibe of the space.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a cabin with a beach/sea view. The cabin was warm and cosy but note no tv if you're addicted. I need tv but enjoyed chatting with my wife lol. Saw a beautiful sunset and complete rainbow. Will return to stay in a dome. The young couple managing the park are awesome. Professional and personable.

What an amazing please! Loved every second of it! Had the cabin with sunset view. All the details they thought of! Amazing bed, kitchen with everything you need (they even provided some milk for that included coffee!) And the outside! And so much privacy! Would have stayed longer if it was available

We stayed here with our caravan and absolutely loved it. There’s plenty of space for larger rigs, which makes it easy to set up and settle in. The park is beautifully maintained and sits right on the black sand beach, such a stunning location. Our parents joined us for this stay and really enjoyed it too. The facilities are spotless, the amenities are great, and the accommodation options are genuinely unique, stylish pods to quirky, creative spaces that make this park stand out. The team were fantastic,friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with local tips and recommendations. Their warmth really makes a difference. It’s also in a brilliant location, close to both Hokitika and the historic town of Ross, so there’s plenty to see and do nearby. An amazing spot on the West Coast, we can’t wait to return. If you are doing a trip down the West coast of NZ make this one of your stops along the way. Right on the wild and woolly beach at Ross with the most amazing sunsets. I have stayed in a motorhome and enjoyed their great facilities, spent two nights in the fabulous sunset cabin with a bath out on the deck and was so lucky to stay this time in one of the coolest Geo domes I have ever seen. A huge highlight of my recent trip. It is amazing...do it!!! Wonderful hosts, I can't say enough about this gem of a place. I can't wait for my next stay with them next time.

Right on the beach it was very lovely camping there. Good facilities and amenities. The man at reception was very lovely - cute campsite cat that hangs around too. Camping for tents is a little bit slopey just be warned but is okay for tbe most part

We were disappointed with our stay as several things could have been communicated and maintained better. There was no advance notice about the toilet maintenance, which was inconvenient and would have influenced our decision to book elsewhere.||||During the heavy rain storm that night, we found the campsite very poorly equipped — lighting along the campervan parking towards the central kitchen and toilets was insufficient, and there was no proper shelter to protect guests from the weather. Moving around at night was difficult and uncomfortable.||||The shared kitchen facilities also felt dated, with equipment that needs upgrading, and the oven was poorly maintained. For the price paid, we did not feel it was good value compared to many other campsites we have stayed at that charge much less.||||The only commendable aspect was the showers — the water flow was strong and comfortable.
