Rossi Boutique Hotel & SPA

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Rossi, Saint Petersburg. The room was well acclimated, very clean and comfortable. Being from the USA, the staff (especially Kate) were so welcoming and spoke English well. The restaurant is delicious and the staff there were just as friendly. Being so far from home I leave this hotel a "ten plus" and highly recommend it .||-Lisa

We stayed four nights and loved our stay. We upgraded our room as were offered a good deal. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, warm and cosy with a lovely view over the river. The bathroom was excellent with underfloor heating night and day. Breakfast is eaten in the adjacent restaurant and was very good with plentiful choice. We also used the restaurant on the evening - good choice of Asian food. The hotel staff - reception and door - were so very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alina who sorted taxis etc out for us. She spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble - thank you. Zodor on the door also gave us helpful information. Beautiful location alongside the river/canal. Comfortable walk to the Nevsky Prospect and all attractions. The hotel was very quiet at night and toasty warm. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Supernice and service minded staff. Rooms are as comfortable as you can ask, room service is superb. The breakfast buffet is by “western” meaning’s typical “Russian” (kind of lame and nothing colorful) but the restaurants servings in the evenings are superb!

An excellent hotel. I took a night flight and arrived at 4am but reception was very accommodating (even at that time). Rooms are comfortable with good beds, linen and pillows. My bathroom was spacious and clean with underfloor heating. I didn't try the spa but breakfast in the restaurant was good and concierge was really helpful. A very good 'boutique' hotel!!

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was good. The SPA had a good selection of treatments at very reasonable prices. They have a nice library with tea, coffe and snacks for some quiet reading and working. The location is good with Erivan Restaurant and the Soulmate Cat Cafe just a few meters away. The drivers are very good and at least Roman speaks excellent English and is a very good tour guide with good knowledge of St Petersburg and surroundings..

My husband and I never go on holiday without the kids but we managed 4 days away just us, for the first time in forever, and so we thought we'd treat ourselves to somewhere special. This hotel really is special. I actually can't fault it. Good food, friendly bar to relax in at the end of the day, lovely rooms, GREAT bathroom, a spa which is free for guests before 1030, an excellent buffet breakfast and really, really helpful staff who booked everything we asked for from excellent restaurants to a Russian bany and taxis. Highly recommend.

Sitting area and bathroom well stocked in all respects. Mini-bar prices very reasonable. Toiletries plentiful and of high quality. Nice to be able to open windows to move the air around. Very quiet. Concierge service solid. Excellent location. Five minute walk to Nevsky Prospekt. Second time at hotel. Only place I stay in St. Petersburg. Utilized laundry service. Well done at reasonable price; timely. Breakfasts wonderful. Nice setting too.

Hotel Rossi is centrally located. A beautiful building, complete with a decadent, stylish tasteful interior. The hotel bar/ restaurant provided exceptional cuisine. The spa/ pool/ saunas are a superb addition to the experience and provided total body relaxation at the beginning and end of each day. The hotel staff are all very warm and accommodating. One of the most beautiful stops on our trip through Russia. Thank you to all of the Hotel Rossi staff, your professionalism and attention to detail was a delightful experience.
