Rossi Boutique Hotel & SPA

I always love to come to Rossi Boutique Hotel in St. Petersburg. It is very centrally located. Ideally to explore the city because a lot of attractions are in walking distance. The hotel rooms are very comfy and in a nice classic style with charming interiors. The staff makes you feel always welcome and take care of you 24/7 and support you in English and other languages. The experience is completed by a classy restaurant "Fiolet" which is located in the hotel as well. I always look forward to coming to Rossi and can fully recommend it for any stay from short to long-term. You will enjoy and feel home.

The stuff is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! No issues whatsoever, only pleasant experience. Location is one of the best locations you can select in St. Petersburg to stay for travelling: close proximity to cafés, restaurants, shopping, Nevsky prospect, several metro stations and other public transportation. Hair dryer in the room was very old, but you ask for a good one at the reception.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Rossi, Saint Petersburg. The room was well acclimated, very clean and comfortable. Being from the USA, the staff (especially Kate) were so welcoming and spoke English well. The restaurant is delicious and the staff there were just as friendly. Being so far from home I leave this hotel a "ten plus" and highly recommend it .||-Lisa

Rossi Hotel is located in the Lomonosov Square, very close to Nevski Prospect and the main tourist attractions of Saint Petersburg. Not everything is within walking distance because the city is spread but still the location is a good starting point in order to explore the city. The staff at the reception and the restaurant wer very kind and helpful and breakfast was of rich variety. You could even order omelette or scrambled eggs which the chef prepared at that time just for you. The hotel has also a spa which i didn't use so i don't have a say on that. All in all it was a great experience and i would definitely come back. The only negative thing is that the rooms are not soundproof and i could hear noises or footsteps from the room above.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay in St. Petersburg in 2023. The room was a bit small and slightly humid, but manageable. Service was standard and met expectations. The location was excellent, close to a mall with a wide variety of lunch options.

An excellent hotel. I took a night flight and arrived at 4am but reception was very accommodating (even at that time). Rooms are comfortable with good beds, linen and pillows. My bathroom was spacious and clean with underfloor heating. I didn't try the spa but breakfast in the restaurant was good and concierge was really helpful. A very good 'boutique' hotel!!

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was good. The SPA had a good selection of treatments at very reasonable prices. They have a nice library with tea, coffe and snacks for some quiet reading and working. The location is good with Erivan Restaurant and the Soulmate Cat Cafe just a few meters away. The drivers are very good and at least Roman speaks excellent English and is a very good tour guide with good knowledge of St Petersburg and surroundings..
