Best bike shop ever. Family-owned, and everyone is truly fantastic, kind, friendly, and nice. They will help you check your bike gears for free and assist you like a friendly cycling buddy would. Please visit, whether to check out their iconic showroom with entire Cinelli collection, use their bike services, or simply meet their amazing staff! Some of the staff may not speak English perfectly, but they are always eager to help and will use translation tools to explain things to you. I can't express how much I love this shop; it will def be the place I miss the most when I leave Milan!!

Honestly, this has been my best shopping experience EVER in Italy. The gentleman who helped me speaks excellent English. He was extremely patient in answering all my questions. I had my previous bike (from a different shop, not so great of an experience) stolen just the day before so I stopped by Rossignoli in a rush to get a new one. They had so many beautiful bikes that are quintessentially Milanese. I can't be happier with my purchase. Make sure you buy at least two locks just to avoid having your beautiful Rossignoli stolen.
