Me and my Partner stayed at Rosslyn House for 3 nights for Christmas and had a fabulous stay, the hosts were lovely and very accommodating, couldn't do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble for them, accomodation was within walking distance to everything and made for pleasant walks around Whitby. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to our friends and family.

Fantastic place to stay. We were welcomed into Rosslyn House as if we were family and certainly felt that way for the whole of our stay. Our breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice, beautifully cooked and presented. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable including fresh milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, jar of sweets, bottle of water and cake was delivered to our room on arrival. Tim and Kirsten really did spoil us and we would 100% stay with them again. Definitely the best B & B we've used in Whitby. Highly recommended

Rosslyn House is an absolute gem, offering the very best of what Whitby has to offer for outstanding accommodation and amazing value for money. We were lucky enough to stay over the Christmas period and our experience from start to finish was just wonderful...... the owners, Tim and Kirstin took such a huge pride in making our stay something special. There is a great attention to detail, such as fresh milk in the room, little gifts on Christmas Day !! The breakfast room is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and the food was freshly cooked and to a very high standard...... we were asked to tick off our breakfast choices the evening before and we got exactly what we ordered. At Rosslyn house, you are literally two minutes walk from a bracing walk along the beach or a gentle wander around the town. If you're doing a guesthouse search for one of the best stays in Whitby, then stop searching...... you've found it !!

We are regular visitors to Whitby and this was the bestB&B we have stayed at. It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight with local kippers, and smoked salmon available alongside the usual breakfast favourites. I particularly enjoyed the fruit, yougurt and granola glasses. The owners are really lovely, thoughtful and kind. . Wet always go for a few days during folk festival week, and Rosslyn house is ideally placed for a lot of the venues. Will definitely be back next year

Brilliant! Me and my partner stayed for the weekend, we were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean and we really appreciated the attention to detail. We would stay here again, the owners were very friendly which made for a pleasant stay.

From the moment we walked into this beautiful home we were made extremely welcome. We were shown to our room and given all the information we needed including our parking permit. The room itself was absolutely spotless with top quality bedding and towels and all those little extra touches that made us feel so welcomed including some delicious cake at the side of our coffee machine. |We ordered our breakfast before going to bed and everything was cooked to order and was absolutely delicious, the perfect start to a busy day In stunning Whitby. |We will definitely be returning to this beautiful home and can’t thank the hosts enough for making our little honeymoon so special. |Please don’t hesitate booking it’s worth every penny xx

Kristin and Tim are superb host who provide a brilliant service especially the breakfast. Free parking through use of a permit and a super clean hotel run by this couple who have built this since May this year. It really is a credit to the pair of them. What a very enjoyable stay.
