Rothy's Disney Springs

I had the most wonderful experience with Madison S. at this store on 10/3/2025! I purchased a pair of Rothy's online years ago and they didn't fit well. I sent them back and went up a 1/2 size and they still didn't fit right, so I basically gave up on the brand. That is until I walked in and Madison helped me. She was able to find me the right style to fit my foot perfectly. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. She even asked questions to anticipate my style wants regarding shoe and metal colors! Thanks to her I was able to find several styles that fit my feet perfectly. I can't thank Madison enough for helping me find some great shoes for work and helping me find several other styles so I know exactly what to order online from now on.

The shoes I bought are very uncomfortable. They lack support for the insole, which is essential when you're on your feet all day. The store associate suggested that washing them in cold water might help them fit better; however, if they still don't fit properly after that, I won't be able to return them. Because of this, I decided to return the shoes instead of wearing something uncomfortable or washing them to try to make them fit. The price doesn’t justify the lack of comfort and support they offer. The hype surrounding them did not match the actual product.

I’ve been to the Disney Springs store four (4) times as of this review date. Each time I was greeted warmly and helped immediately. I’m usually helped by Liz. I’ve been helped by the store manager, Corine, as well. Both are very friendly and are willing to help me try on several different shoes and different sizes. At my second visit Liz recommended the HiTop style sneakers… I was positive that I’d hate them. Instead they have become my favorite “wear to Disney” shoes! If the shoes or handbags I’ve wanted are not in the store they have ordered them online for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible customer service, was never welcomed into the store or helped. I was just stared at by a staff member. Never came up to me and when I was looking around for help, she didn’t move from her spot. Was going to buy a pair of shoes but just left. Edit: looking through their comments and they have had this issue for over a year and clearly they’ve never fixed this or cared to make it better. Retrain your staff.

Beautiful store, the staff is so helpful. We chose several pair, and even had to go back for an exchange, which was seamless. Great shoes, they are a quality product, and are so comfy!

Patricia helped me find the perfect penny loafer, she was so sweet and helpful. It was a very enjoyable experience!

This was my second visit to the store. I have no complaints from my first visit but this time we met Katie and she was amazing. She understood I wanted to try many sizes and see all the colors that don’t translate well on the website. She even helped me check if my laptop fits inside the bags I want and volunteered to help with my return of a previous online purchase. It’s very rare to find a salesperson this engaged in sharing all her knowledge of the products and helping me find what works for me (wide feet, limited colors for business attire, can’t carry too much weight on my shoulder bag) even when she knew there was a low probability she could make a sale because the store opened less than 2 months ago and they still have a limited selection compared to all the online options. I am definitely coming back and asking for Katie’s help.

Gorgeous store and a great location. Love their shoes and it's great to be able to try them on without having to ship them. Sometimes, you just need a store that's not online only! This is a great location and I was happy to try on different styles and relax in the store environment. Pretty positive experience. I would give it five stars, but there was relatively limited stock in the store for colors; what you see out is all they have available for colors. That's fine. Also, the person who helped me was nice enough but totally had an "annoyed with the day" edge to their service. It was not about me, but there was definitely something in the air that day annoying the staff and they huddled together to chat a lot. They could improve a bit on their genuine customer service. Otherwise, it was a positive first visit.

Stopped in while shopping at Disney Springs as we don't have this store in IN. Have been wanting to try some in after see ing all the hype on social media. Big shout out to Sandy for giving us her attention and time. She was amazing knowing her product and listening to our needs. There were some computer issues that were not her fault and she managed them with grace. Would definitely stop in next time in area. My friend and I both walked out with shoes being shipped to our homes! We both chose the driver. Can't wait to wear them! The store is well organized and clean. They have first customer coupon if look online they allowed us to use too!

Amazing customer service, we love this store! Every staff member was friendly and when I purchased a tote she went out of her way to give me one that was brand new in box. Really nice store, and smells amazing!! Love their selection of shoes and bags. We'll definitely be back here!

Loved the store at Disney Springs. Great selection of shoes. Annie was so sweet and really took the time to make sure the shoes I wanted fit properly even though it involved trying on quite few pairs. Both her and Sandy were lovely to work with.

Horrible customer service. Sterotyped by staff due to having tattoos. We were not greeted, both employees left the showroom and would not assist with finding a shoe for my wife. I walked around for 5 minutes with a shoe in hand to ask for a size to try on; and the staff proceeded to assist other people who walked in after us. Oh and we were the only ones in store...shame on Rothy's! Do not waster your time or money on this location or brand.
