Rothy's Nolita

I received excellent service from three people during my two stops to the store! I know customer facing retail can be hard sometimes, so it was great that the sales associates actually seemed happy and kind and eager to help. Also the shoes I got saved my feet this trip, so glad I popped in!

Joseph was incredibly sweet and helpful! I came in thinking I was a size 7, but he kindly showed me two pairs that were almost sold out and helped me figure out I’m actually a 6.5. Thanks to him, I was able to snag two pairs of the almond slingbacks!

I had such a great time at this location! I’ve always seen the shoes online and was never able to have a fit test experience! The two employees I worked with gave me great advice on both fit and longterm wear! I’m so excited that I stopped in as a shoe like this has been on my list for a long time! Definitely recommend a visit!

Excellent shoes but the sizing is different in different pairs of shoes but identical style so don’t order online. Go in and try them on.

We went to Rothy's for a popup event on April 22nd, which they were giving out 100 free pairs of shoes ( any kind in store ) and this review will be primarily for that. We always walk around soho and we never knew of this store nor the brand, and after this popup we defiantly will now. The staff who helped us was so amazing, kind, informative, and is one of the best customer service experience I've ever received. Not also the person that was helping us but all of the staff, as we could over hear them talking to other customers and they were truly all amazing. Rothy's has hired the great staff!

Katie and Cammie went above and beyond for me today when I came into make an exchange and honored an in-store only promo for the shoes I was swapping for since my size was out of stock and had to be ordered online. They were both so kind and warm, would highly recommend the Nolita location for a positive experience with Rothy’s. Thank you both and happy holidays! 🙂🫶🏻

I stopped by the Rothy's Nolita store as part of my bachelorette party. I love their shoes and knew I wanted to treat myself to a new pair, so my sister called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate a group of 10. Cammie and the team could not have been more wonderful!! They let us hang out in the back garden space so we could shop in smaller groups (which I'm sure helped them on a busy weekend too!). The sales associates helping us were attentive, efficient, and so friendly. They helped everyone decide on the styles and colors best for them! We all got some new shoes and bags. It was genuinely the highlight of my bachelorette weekend in Soho!!
