I love this store and all the pretty shoes and accessories they make! Customer service is awesome! I had a great experience today when I went in to get a pair that was sold out online… Viv was super helpful and sweet and called me to let me know that they found what I was looking for, so I drove there to get it and browsed some more. I’ll definitely buy again!

This place was SLAMMED when I went in there. A couple of the customers were rude. The staff were all cool and handled it. Kristin was awesome and even convinced me I needed purple shoes. We’ll see if they stay in the lineup, but I’ll keep an open mind. On Rothy’s: I love them. I have 5 or 6 pairs already. They are comfortable and easy to clean. I do get a different liner and add it to theirs because I think the shoes are a little hard. But that’s all. I love them like a fat kid loves cake.

Ordered online for Christmas present for niece December 20 1-2 day expedited delivery- order goes through, but never arrived and I have to call to find out it was never in stock ! though they took my money and failed to notify me - they have no clue what their real Inventory is/ !! Product is still listed for sale ! Don’t waste your time with this company !

GREAT store. ALWAYS helpful. SUPER DUPER HOWEVER, I paid $34 to park(no clue how that happened- I'm convinced that was a MISTAKE- AND I'm aware its not the stores issue

The customer service here is unmatched. David was extremely helpful with my exchange. He was able to answer my additional questions regarding some other shoes of interest. Also he helped me facilitate the Westside provisions shopping center since I was new to the area. I will not hesitate to recommend this store to my friends. I plan to return this week with an out of town guest.

This was my FIRST time in after hearing so much about these shoes from friends and of course Instagram lol The sales associates were super helpful, especially Erika. Erika was so patient and went above and beyond to let me try every style in store and recommend what I should go with for my first pair. Truthfully I left with 3, but I have no regrets. These are great and comfy shoes and they have the nicest staff!

I was in the store a few weeks ago and even though it was super busy, the associate Erika was very helpful with my first time in the store. I was very surprised to learn she wasn’t the lead of the store considering how well she was multitasking with helping me and other customers. She definitely was doing a great job. Thanks Erika for your help! I also love the shoes she sold me. I wore them to a conference and got a lot of compliments!
