Rothy’s Westside Provisions

GREAT store. ALWAYS helpful. SUPER DUPER HOWEVER, I paid $34 to park(no clue how that happened- I'm convinced that was a MISTAKE- AND I'm aware its not the stores issue

This place was SLAMMED when I went in there. A couple of the customers were rude. The staff were all cool and handled it. Kristin was awesome and even convinced me I needed purple shoes. We’ll see if they stay in the lineup, but I’ll keep an open mind. On Rothy’s: I love them. I have 5 or 6 pairs already. They are comfortable and easy to clean. I do get a different liner and add it to theirs because I think the shoes are a little hard. But that’s all. I love them like a fat kid loves cake.

The customer service here is unmatched. David was extremely helpful with my exchange. He was able to answer my additional questions regarding some other shoes of interest. Also he helped me facilitate the Westside provisions shopping center since I was new to the area. I will not hesitate to recommend this store to my friends. I plan to return this week with an out of town guest.

This was my FIRST time in after hearing so much about these shoes from friends and of course Instagram lol The sales associates were super helpful, especially Erika. Erika was so patient and went above and beyond to let me try every style in store and recommend what I should go with for my first pair. Truthfully I left with 3, but I have no regrets. These are great and comfy shoes and they have the nicest staff!

I was in the store a few weeks ago and even though it was super busy, the associate Erika was very helpful with my first time in the store. I was very surprised to learn she wasn’t the lead of the store considering how well she was multitasking with helping me and other customers. She definitely was doing a great job. Thanks Erika for your help! I also love the shoes she sold me. I wore them to a conference and got a lot of compliments!

I had a great experience at the Rothy store. I went to exchange a pair I had ordered online for a larger size and the employee was very helpful. I forgot the gentleman's name. He even reapplied the welcome discount when I exchanged my shoes. Of course I am weak and ended up leaving with not only one, but two pairs of shoes :)

David was a spectacular host for my trip to Rothy’s!! It was exactly what you envision an intentional, encouraging, and helpful shopping experience to be. Not only were multiple styles and sizes pulled, but the conversations were effortless and I was given enough space to walk around and think on my purchase. Rothy’s corporate should hire David to run all employee trainings - he’s a charm!!

My friend and I received excellent guest service by Erika and Kristin. Erika assisted me with an exchange of shoes I bought online. She made the process seamless and was very helpful in making sure she ordered the right size and colors I preferred to shipped to my home. Kristin graciously helped my friend with a return without any issues. Also, it was Mother’s Day and they greeted us with a single rose. It was very sweet. We were very impressed how personable they were and treated us like valued guests. Thank you Erika and Kristin. Blessings to you both.
