Absolutely disastrous experience in all aspects - horribly rude service - massively delayed delivery - ineble food. We ordered online and waited for over an hour, but delivery didn't arrive, I called them, a very rude, patronizing and highly unfriendly man on the phone kept interrupting me constantly, claiming the food has been delivered to our hotel reception, even though there is no reception at all in our hotel, I asked him for a clarification but he just hang up and didn't pick up anymore. Half an hour after that call even more rude delivery guy calls me saying he is about 10 minutes walking distance from our hotel, commanding us to come to pick up the food from his location. My Girlfriend started walking to the location the delivery guy sent me, she walked to the location only to see that there was nobody there. I called the delivery guy, he started aggressively blaming me for the delay saying he was busy and will not wait anymore. I asked him his current location, he sent it to me and the location was completely different from the one he sent me, I told him to wait, he started to get very unpatient saying he will go. I managed to make him wait. Once my Girlfriend finally found the delivery guy, he was very rude towards her, blaming her for the delay, my Girlfriend felt very upset and unsafe, took the food and left as quickly as possible. She arrived to our hotel with the food, upset. We had ordered food for CA. 50 €. We opened the package only to see that there were two soaked up rolls of Stuff, tasted it anyway, but it tasted very bad, we ended up having to throw the food away. What more can I say? My honest recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as possible.

I popped in spontaneously to get takeout. The food was good! And prices totally reasonable, €15 each, and friendly service. The only problem was that it’s kept cold and they heat it up in microwave if you eat in. I’m took mine home, and heated up in ceramic bowl instead of heating in plastic.

Ordered via UberEats without seeing all of the bad reviews on here; all of them are true. Would not order again! Delivery took 3 hours, the people on the phone were actually friendly, but the deliverer was terribly rude & weird. He kept calling about where to enter or park his car, then asked me to pick it up based on a vague description of his surroundings, to which I said that's not possible. After this, he went to the wrong address & called again about that again saying "I rang the bell but the person said they didn't order anything". In the end he found our place, but gave a nasty look when handing us the food. The bami, chicken, and vegetables had no taste whatsoever. The baras are very soggy and soaking in oil.

Location: "Nieuw-Vennep" To start with, I do not understand that on the Thuisbezorgd website there are providers who have to drive for at least half an hour? So I advise you to adjust your limits. Because it is not possible that the temperature and quality are still as desired. I also do not order and eat Halal dishes out of personal conviction. Then the costs for a minimum order of €35.00 and delivery costs of €4.95 and nonsense costs such as "Service Fee"

We ordered the delivery from the restaurant. The order was partially wrong and the package was awful. Overall the food was ok, but nothing. Looks overpriced for me. The dessert was very small and not tasty at all(((

I order two time in a week .. this food is very very tasty and good quality always !!!!!

25 euros for a roti roll via uber eats. That is madness.
