Rotorua TOP 10 Holiday Park

We had mostly been freedom camping during our trip but stopped here so we could be close to the town and go out in the evening. Well worth the $55 we paid for a site. Great facilities - relaxed in the mineral pools (open until 10pm), showered, did our laundry, used the free wifi, TV room, BBQ and kitchen facilities. Clean and nice throughout. Lovely woman welcomed us on reception. Will use more top 10 during the rest of this trip after such a positive experience.

Really enjoyed staying here. It felt very relaxed and homey and was an easy walk into town so made visiting the night markets easy on our Thursday night visit. The amenities are excellent for adults and kiss. I also loved the Speed Queen washer and dryer which did our washing super fast.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Rotorua Top 10 Holiday Park. The facilities are great. Nice clean toilets and showers. Well equipped and clean shared kitchens. Fantastic outdoor seating areas with clean shared BBQs. A nice swimming pool and hot mineral pool feed by a geothermal spring. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Caroline who brought smiles to our faces whenever we saw her. The powered sites were excellent with water supplies for each site. Plenty of picnic tables scattered around with most powered sites having one each. Setup a popup over the top and you had a sheltered table. Several dump station sites meant you didn't have to carry the black water cassettes or grey water tanks very far. Awesome grassy areas for the people camping in tents. The cabins looked comfortable with good facilities. Fairly centrally located only 1.5km from the city centre. Very secure with key code entry and exit. Security cameras at key locations. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic family caravan trip away staying here. To start off, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to put us in a requested park next to the playground for our children. What could have been a full on holiday with 9 children under 6 for three families, was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The park is very secure, and keeps the children's play areas away from the entrance/exit so that parents can relax. The playground, jumping pillow and trampolines entertained the kids for hours, as did the pool, large spas and free unlimited wifi. The kitchen was roomy and exceptionally clean as were the toilet facilities. The family bathroom is very useful for young children, although is very busy! Visit the market 100m down the road on a Saturday morning/lunch... Yummy food!

Fantastic location, so close to the city and natural thermal park 1 minute away. They have their own thermal pools...in cold wet weather this was so good. The service was great too. The rooms had full service...clean and spacious. Bed was spongy...my 90 kg frame needs a more firmer mattress for a better sleep. We will be back and book direct people...

What a fantastic setup! Clean, modern and well laid out. More than ample shared amenities. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Stayed in a cabin - all the comforts of home. Bonus coffee cart on site (great coffee too!). Will definitely be back.

We stayed for 3 nights in a self-contained motel studio, which is situated in a more private area of the park. It is located near a main road but not too noisy. Very handy to shops close by. The holiday park is a Top 10 Premium park and has excellent facilities. Excellent wifi available 👍

Wonderful experience. Have never stayed in a Top 10 before but will certainly patronize in the future . Sasha and Jas go the extra mile to make sure their guests are comfortable . The hot pools are extremely clean and well maintained . Plenty to occupy young children in an extremely safe environment. 10/10
