I’m kind of shocked reading all the positive reviews. Perhaps there are renovated units and others that are old and dingy? We definitely stayed in a dingy one (unit 6). The carpet on the stairs was stained and torn, there was mold in the grout where the sink connected to the wall, and they shoved white paper where grout was missing. The windows and doors were dirty and didn’t close fully. The shower had no adequate water pressure. The toilet clogged a few hours after arrival and wasn’t fixed before we left at 10 am the following morning. |On the positive, It looks cute on the outside and is near a small river. They were nice and gave us free breakfast and the place was spacious. But it was outdated and needing of deep cleaning. I was glad we only had only one night there.

We had a beautiful stay in the two bedrooms apartment #9. There was a lot of privacy as two bedrooms are located on different levels, each having its own bathroom. Though it was very cold outside the apartment was very warm and a fireplace gave that special cozy charm. We enjoyed our view to the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d love to be back.

The amazingNess does't show in the photos. AMAZING PLACE!!!|We slept in the modern apartment which was so pampering. Heated floor, every day we got cleaning service and milk coffee, orange juice, cornflakes...The parents room is right above the river, so we woke up in nature, with rabbits running around. In the premises, small river with geese floating around and a marvelous mountain view. The pools are amazing too , heated, so we got the full experience, even when it was cold. In short, don't miss this experience!

Terrible customer service and a dishonest hotel! The only hotel in Argentina that makes you pay the exact amount in dollars indicated on Booking.com, that asks you to check in 15 minutes from your accommodation and that asks you to go and get the change from another establishment because they don't know how to reimburse you. Soon, they will ask you to clean your room. It's simply scandalous to have paid more for a night than the Llao Llao resort! Never go to this establishment...

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we stayed at the Don Fermin house, owned by them. We had a party of 7 and the house comfortably slept 10. It’s a two story house with nice views, horses in the yard, rabbits, birds. It’s about 15 minutes from town but is a quiet, beautiful location. The house has a full kitchen and you have access to 2 swimming pools that were both heated. One night the town had a major water pipe problem and we were without water. They brought us large water bottles and buckets. Also, they will exchange your US currency for Argentina at the hotel’s front desk (which is located in town). This house was ideal for our group of 7.

Beautiful place, although not located in the most convenient area of the city from a tourist perspective. Service is very kind. Don't waste your time with breakfast at the hotel. Go to the street and look for a good option. There are several within a few blocks of the hotel. Important: there is a deck over the river where you can comfortably smoke a cigar... 😉

One of the best experiences we have had. The apartment was nice and clean and had plenty of space. The staff was amazing and organized few tours for us at amazing prices. Also its a 10 minute walk from the city center so the location is great as well. There is a lake outside which provides awesome views . Will definitely stay again when we are back in San Martin. ||

The "Presidental Suite" was gorgeous. Full kitchen. Large comfortable bed. Well appointed sitting area. Lots of pretty touches to the rooms. Jacuzzi tub.||||Breakfast, on the other hand, was piss poor. Small basket you had to go to the main office to get. Had 4 starchy bisquits, 2 croissants, and 2 breads with a bit of jam on top. Butter and other toppings in single-serve packs in the fridge. For $180us per night, one would expect a bit nicer breakfast. Some nice bakeries in town they could get some treats from for not a lot of money. I bought 2 really nice pasteries for about $1.25. Just really bad compared to what we have gotten in other places on this trip.||||Also, the floor was filthy.
