My favorite style. Came back multiple times. Really like their new season. Victoria is so helpful. Will buy lots of item next time

My daughter recommended that I stop by this boutique, and I'm so glad I did! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was looking for a lipstick to wear to my daughter's dental hygiene graduation, and Sienna was so helpful. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and help me find the perfect shade. I had a great experience and would definitely stop by again.

I came this morning looking for a new lip palette. Victoria helped me and she was beyond wonderful. She was patient, kind, and helped me thoroughly to find the perfect makeup items for my complexion and needs. She gave me tips and beauty secrets with each product.I came looking for one thing and left with 6!!! Victoria is amazing! If you come by I definitely recommend her!

Victoria is a rare retail professional (and a lovely person in general). Before visiting the SoHo Rouje location (I live in LA), I called to ask about one of the items I'd seen online. I'm a huge fan of the brand and have been purchasing since 2015. It was so nice talking to an actual (helpful!) person. When I went to pick it up while visiting NY the following week, I ended up basically hanging out in the store with her for almost two hours and unsurprisingly, walked out with a bag-full of other items. She's also kept me in the loop for other in-store events and I hope to see her again the next time I'm in NY. Thanks Victoria!!

I had such a lovely experience shopping at Rouje in NY! The store itself is beautiful, but what really made my visit special was the amazing help from Victoria. She was so kind, personable, and attentive—helping me find the perfect pieces and even giving great recommendations for things to do around the city. Had the best experience at Rouje Soho. The store is beautiful and the vibe is so warm and welcoming. Yomna was amazing! She helped me pick out two tops I absolutely love and made the whole process so easy and fun. She really knew what would suit me and went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend her more!
