I visited the store to return several items recently and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing.
First, I had to wait more than 15 minutes just to process a simple return. When it was finally my turn, the shop assistant carefully checked the shoes and the skirt and accepted the return with the provided return labels.
However, as of today which is almost a week from the return , I still have not received confirmation for one of the returned pairs of shoes, and the refund also appears to be missing. In addition, I did not receive any confirmation email detailing the returned items or the refund amount.
In my experience, this deviates from normal retail standards: customers should usually receive a confirmation of the return and a clear refund timeline shortly after the transaction. I have tried to contact the store and customer service multiple times over the past week to clarify the situation, but unfortunately I have not received a reply. I’m awaiting for the reply since if you have in store camera and inventory count, you shall already know and refund me immediately.
I hope the store can improve its return communication and follow-up process, as clearer confirmation and more responsive customer service would make a big difference for customers.
