Route Inn Grantia Himi Wakuranoyado

Nice experience staying at another Route Inn hotel in Himi.|Check in was smooth, the Onsen was very nice with inside and outside areas and complementary mugi-cha and muscat-vinegar drink for refreshments after Onsen. The breakfast was very delicious and had Japanese and Western foods to choose from.|Nice place to stay. Pajamas were provided as well. There is also a washing machine in the Onsen area.

I’m bicycle touring across Japan. I try to stay at Route Inn. Constant quality among all the hotels. I have stayed at over 30 Route Inns. No complaints

I rented a car from Times Car Rental in Kanazawa and travelled around the Nanto Peninsula as well as visiting Gokayama over two days. This Hotel is pretty much in the middle between these two places and is located on the busy road that eventually takes you to Gokayama, so I would say the location is perfect. The rooms are standard Route Inn, so perfectly adequate. There was a sports team in the Hotel, so the breakfast room was very busy at 7 the next morning. The onsen is small, nice and busy. The location is close to everything. It is only about 5 minutes drive from Banyagai, where you can pick up some dinner. I thought this was the perfect place to stop over, there is ample parking, which did fill up overnight.

My wife and I were here with our rental car for a night in July 2016. Our room, the Japanese dinner and the hot tubs were all good. It is great value for money, although there is nothing, except its big car park, in the vicinity!

Although we requested a non-smoking room, the hotel was full so they put me in a smoking room. The stink was incredibly strong, so much so that when I woke up in the morning, my eyes were irritated and bloodshot. Other than that, the hotel was fine - the baths were nice and the breakfast and dinner were good.

It’s all about price. If you need a hotel, in Himi, just for sleeping then this is the place to stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and reasonably priced.. Route Inn has over 300 hotels in Japan. Safe, reliable and conveniently located.

Breakfast was nice . Room is a bit too small for vacation more like business hotel.

An excellent facility, but somewhat far from various places of interest.
