The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The amenities offered were outstanding, catering to various needs and preferences. This a three star hotel with a five star attitude. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel instantly at home. My room was immaculate—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and quiet atmosphere that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The amenities were top-tier. The pool area was beautifully maintained and never overcrowded, and the on-site restaurant offered a wide range of delicious options—each dish better than the last. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay exceptional. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, comfort, and service so seamlessly. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next trip!

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful at all times, and the location is very good as well. The night view from the rooms is beautiful. My stay was quite short so I unfortunately could not enjoy the hotel that much, but the people in my travel group that stayed in the hotel rather than visiting the city had a great time spending their day in the pool.

Staff are very nice. Rooms are very clean but not so spacious and aircon is not so cold. The staff are very sweet to prepare a greeting message for me and my son for our birthday in the room with a little chocolates. The pool ares has a very good view of the Burj Khalifa

Stayed here for 4 nights for the first half of our honeymoon. A lovely hotel only a 10 minute walk from the Dubai mall and not far from the Burj Khalifa! Was a great hotel to use as a base, in the Downtown area with lots of restaurants close by to choose from! Rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view of the Burj Khalifa. Staff were really friendly and attentive too.

We have just checked out of the hotel, and everything was wonderful. All the staff were very kind. The ambiance, decor, and cleanliness of the hotel were delightful. The breakfast was very diverse and catered to everyone’s taste. The location is fantastic, very close to Dubai Mall. We were extremely satisfied with everything. The only issue was that the official website had very few detailed photos of the rooms, restaurant, and the hotel in general. I relied on the reviews here to see the details. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. If we come back, we will definitely choose this place again. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely loved my stay at Rove Downtown. The ambience and energy in the lobby are vibrant, perfect for relaxing, working, or socializing. Rooms are modern, clean, and well designed. Plenty of parking available, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk to Dubai Zabeel Mall with a footbridge to Dubai Mall. The convenience of having a grocery store and a TGIF outlet within the premises is a huge plus. Great value for money and an ideal choice for both leisure and business stays.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to take great care of us, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the convenient location—just 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall, which made shopping and dining out incredibly easy. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle buses to different parts of Dubai, which was a huge bonus and made exploring the city hassle-free. I will definitely be back!
