We had an amazing experience thanks to Riany travel desk! She booked our visits to Atlantis Water Park and Snow Dubai and made our visits completely hassle-free. Everything was well-organized, and she gave us great tips that made our day even more enjoyable. Atlantis was a blast with its thrilling rides, and Snow Dubai was a magical escape from the desert heat. This a three star hotel with a five star attitude. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel instantly at home. My room was immaculate—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and quiet atmosphere that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The amenities were top-tier. The pool area was beautifully maintained and never overcrowded, and the on-site restaurant offered a wide range of delicious options—each dish better than the last. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay exceptional. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, comfort, and service so seamlessly. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next trip!

Our stay 3 nights with Buffet breakfast included. Easy check in. Staff very friendly. Room had the basics and very clean and tidy. Hotel within walking distance of Dubai Mall and also The Burj. ||Only the one restaurant which was TGI Friday which was typical pub type food with good variety. The Mall offered a huge variety of eating places if you so wished to venture out.||Hotel also had a mini supermarket which included take out prepared meals, sandwiches, take out coffee and small selection of bakery items. Seemed to cater for most needs. Would certainly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing facing Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. We love the view especially at night. Laundromat was very convenient. ||

The stay was great and staff was really kind. We were received by Beatrice Aisha at the front desk and she was courteous and will go extra miles so we fill comfortable. The rooms are nice and well maintained and the bathroom are really modern.
