Great location within Roxas City. Also fair price. Hotel design very nice, even though it needs some attention in the bath rooms (plumbing, ventilation)I would say. Coffee is great, good delicious. Staff friendly, even though not outgoing and always look very busy. Bell boy very accommodating. Only down side: room "Magsaysay" very noisy, since no isolation and directly on the main street and a junction. We moved to "Duterte" and that was quiet. Beds in both rooms very comfortable and the overall cleanliness is remarkable.

A cozy hotel located near the city center. The place has been standing here for years. It was named after President Manuel Roxas and all other rooms were named after the early presidents of the Philippines. We chose this place because it has a lot of personality in it. The interior has very intricate details from chandeliers to wallpaper until the carefully chosen paintings on the walls, although you can sense that it has withstood time in it's glory. The hotel offers free breakfast with our hotel booking. They make you choose in their line of breakfast meals. We had daing na bangus and their continental breakfast. The place also offers souvenirs and local products made by local artists. The staff is very accommodating and friendly as well! Service is much recommended.

Firstly, if I could give more stars for service, I would. Gentleman greeted us, helped with bags, flagged us a tricycle and so much more. Wish I got his name. Beautiful hotel, full of charm, a mile apart from most stays on this trip. Rooms were very spacious and air con was top notch. A building proud of it's history. Well worth the trip to Roxas. Walking distance to the plaza and market. Breakfast was included and the price was super reasonable.

Once a great hotel, but now a little bit outdated compared to other hotels in the area. Parking Space is limited as the hotel is situated in the middle of the city. Rooms are adequate in size with comfortable beds, however the design and feel is already outdated like the huge cabinets, large TV stands located in an awkward location. Some amenities like the Lazy Boys is not available in every room, in-room Iron & Ironing Board are not standard, but this is understandable due to its price point. And no Brewed Coffee included with the Free Breakfast, instead you get instant coffee. For Light Sleepers I suggest you get a room away from the street's.

Our family were walk-in guests, having cancelled and moved from that Rudolfo Suites which we found very dirty and low quality. One call and the accommodating lady on the other end of the line quickly reserved a room for us. The place is small, vintage-designed and with a lot of character. The room needed a few paint touches and the bathroom needed a few grout fill-ins, but nothing major. It was clean, sufficiently big, the air conditioning (obviously new split-type) and flat smart TV, were good. Internet was reasonably fast. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. It was clear that the place was run like a a good (3-star?) hotel. Nothing pretentious but all good.

The Location of the hotel is very good, near from everything, the breakfast is good also. The problem on this hotel is the shower the water on the shower just a small drop you cannot shower properly. And at night if you sleep there are some guest who talk loud and laugh and 100% you can hear very loud on your room and you need to call the reception to silence them. Much better to some signages like be quite etc. This hotel have no elevator so if you have a heavy luggage its very hard. And also dont forget the tea on the reception area its not free you need to pay

Had a great stay at this property with my wife, kids and my dad. We all enjoyed the homey-feels of the hotel and grand staircase that lead up to the rooms. Our room was spacious and complete with all the necessary items inside plus a lazy boy which is a bonus! The staff are what makes our stay truly memorable. They are so friendly and nice. The two staff even went over and beyond when they washed the car we rented, after they found out that we needed to have it washed before returning it and that we didn't have enough time to bring it to the car wash establishment. Location of the hotel is great right next to the center of Roxas City. We really recommend this property if you are going to Roxas anytime soon.
