Loved it! I purchased the bulk pack for the 4th of July pre weekend family getaway. There were 8 of us and it had no chance of surviving the long weekend. First night was burger night, 4lbs gone super delicious cooked over a bed of lumped charcoal. Most of the meat was bbq. Grandma made a large soup with the chuck roast. We did stop at the farm to pick it up at a very nice location and the lady who helped us was super friendly. We purchased a lot of maple syrup and I highly recommend picking up a bottle if you are there.

A hidden gem, buried deep in the hills. Make sure you have your GPS maps downloaded to your phone because cell service is sketchy at best, but the trip is well worth it! I'm a huge fan of locally made and unique items, and never leave Roxbury Mountain Maple's shop without a selection of their Maple Sodas.

Great place! We did a little maple tasting and bought a bunch of stuff to take home. The maple mustard is particularly good.

A family run business that produces the best maple syrup I've ever tasted. It's nestled right in the Catskill Mountains in one of the most picturesque valleys around. Additionally, the owners wife creates a variety of baked goods using their products for customers to sample. Honestly they're so delicious I keep asking for her to sell them so I could bring them back home to Pennsylvania. My family and I visit them every year for NYS Maple Weekend and I can't recommend them enough.

A short and scenic drive from the Roxbury hotels. It is a beautiful setting and we were lucky enough to go when they were making syrup. I saw the steam coming out the top of the building and the staff gave us an amazing tour and explained the process. Was really fun and the samples were excellent. I bought a bunch of stuff but want to note how excellent the maple popcorn is, seriously delicious.

I just love this place! :) the best time to go Is in the spring, in march especially. This is when they have maple weekend events! There are adorable farm animals, beautiful mountains and DELICIOUS food samples made from pure maple! It's great fun for the whole family.

Their Maple Cream is heaven in a jar! Seriously, it's absolutely delicious and I would put this on everything sweet (sugar cookies, blondies, ice cream, etc.) except I usually finish the jar via spoon first! The second best part (behind the incredibly good taste) is that it's not even terrible for you since it's just pure maple sugar and nothing else! Also, everyone who I've interacted with who sells the stuff has been very warm and friendly. I will definitely be buying more from them!

I ordered my wedding favors from Roxbury Mountain Maple. We were married at Owls Hoot Barn in Coxsackie, in the Catskills, and I really wanted some kind of maple favor that WASN'T from Vermont. So I found Roxbury Mountain Maple and contacted them, and they were so friendly and helpful about the various options. We went with three candies in a box. They made them two weeks before the wedding and shipped them to our home in NYC. They arrived in great condition and were a great delicious wedding favor! I only wish they had stamped the boxes with their company name so that everyone knew where they were from and that they were local!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Speaking as someone who can eat great pancakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they have the best maple syrup I have ever tasted in my life. And it doesn't stop there. The maple cream is heavenly! Well worth the trip.

Family owned and run. Great syrup, in 4 different grades. You have to go when they are making syrup, which I now understand is the 4th week after temp rises above 32 degrees. The family proudly shows you their operation and answers your questions and the TONS of billowing steam is an impressive sight.
